Flatonia NEEDED a diner! The food is always consistent! The owner, Taylor, is so friendly! She always comes by and visits. My step-daughter LOVES the smiley face pancake. So far we have tried the chicken fried steak, french toast, eggs benedict (the ham steak underneath it has me drooling as I write this!!), burgers, farm fresh eggs and 3 egg omelette! Always so yummy! After looking at other reviews, we are definitely getting waffles next time! Every single thing on the menu is homemade!!!!! The portion sizes are HUGE. The best part of all, is every single thing is affordable and I leave STUFFED. This isn't your average diner, everything that is put on your table has had thought and love put into it. I've been there every morning that I can since she has opened.

Great breakfast with an enjoyable atmosphere. The pancakes and potatoes were delicious! Wait staff were all very friendly. I thought the place was super clean and quaint. I would definitely go back when in the area.

Nice interior, best French toast I’ve ever had, hint of cinnamon unbelievable. Bacon is real and perfectly cooked the name of the omelette isn’t a lie it’s huge and very well done. They actually cook the omelette with the toppings you prefer instead of just adding them to the top. Overall 10/10

Our experience was awful. It took 50 minutes after ordering to get some of the food, and an additional 15 minutes before everyone had what they ordered. Extremely disappointed after reading so many good reviews. We made it a point to plan a stop here during our road trip. Staff wasn’t able to keep track of what’s going on. Sausage gravy didn’t have any sausage in it, portions were small, food served cold, overpriced and wasn’t anywhere near the quality others have posted pictures of. We’re all looking forward to lunch because we’re all still a bit hungry after paying for the meals here. Coffee was good but don’t expect a refill. Voiced our displeasure, but no remedy was offered other than a sorry that didn’t seem very sincere as they moved on to the next patron.

We ate there on two occasions for breakfast with meal vouchers from the Ollie Hotel. The atmosphere is friendly and the food was tasty. The biscuits are quite good. My complaint is that the food was luke warm when received to our table on both occasions and that the prices on the menu didn’t match the prices charged. I will not return again.

I could not say better things about this adorable diner! Came here for the first time with a 16 person group (I had just gotten engaged and we wanted a brunch to celebrate!) The owners, CUTEST POWER COUPLE EVER, greeted us and made sure we had a wonderful experience and meal! The staff was all friendly, accommodating and dedicated to serving us and the rest of the restaurant.

The coffee was AMAZING! My fiancé ordered two he liked it so much. The food was phenomenal! I ordered their chocolate chip pancakes and cleaned my whole plate!

The atmosphere is so fun too! I loved all the natural light, the high ceilings and the wall art (pictured behind us in the photo) that the OWNER DID HERSELF! What a talented woman!

We will absolutely be back! Highly recommend to any and every one!

Atmosphere was amazing, all of the staff who was working that shift stopped by to talk to us or help us as needed. They even gave us a tour of their private event loft upstairs! Loved this place a lot

My food was hot. My wife's food was cold. She asked to have it warmed up but they replaced it instead. That sounds like a good idea, but they replaced it with more cold food. Maybe they eat biscuits and gravy cold in Texas.🤔

This place is freaking amazing. Really great service from the employees as well as speedy service from the cooks. The food looks to die for and everything is perfect. They also have the outdoor seating along with the indoor as well which is great because I brought my dogs and was able to eat outside while watching them. Overall great service and I would recommend this place to anyone!!
