Chemn Cafe

This is my absolute favorite coffee place. Monica and Deja make you feel like family as soon as you walk through the door. They host fun events too. I love my almond rocca latte with a toasted rasin bagel with the most delicious jam. I live all the way in South Austin so it is truly saying something that it is worth the drive to Elgin.

We went there today after had been living here for over a year and the environment was very inviting and the owner was amazing. Her daughter and son in law were very sweet also and friendly. Definitely found my new coffee spot.

What a wonderful little coffee shoppe. I frequent this establishment now. Their coffee is great, they have light pastries and such. The owners and employees are kind and courteous. The prices are great too. Why drive all the way to the Manor Starbucks when you can get an awesome latte right here in Elgin? Should call the basic drip “Avogadro’s Constant Drip” always hot, always fresh, always delicious.

Monica is an inspiring community leader and made us feel right at home. She puts her heart into her business and the tumeric latte was fantastic! We look forward to stopping by again sometime soon.

My first time in the cafe and I’ll definitely be returning! Tuna melt was amazing & the owner is soo nice. Definitely try this place.

Expecting a very much desired smoothie on a trip to my daughters, Google map suggestions when I typed in "smoothies near me", I get sent here. They don't have smoothies, BUT they have some of the BEST non-dairy ice cream I have ever had. The people there are real nice and quick to help the customers

We recently moved to Elgin, just a ways out of the city. My mother my partner and I stopped by Chemn Cafe, and it was fantastic. A leisurely Saturday morning stop, the staff are friendly and willing to make any coffee mixture you're craving. The shop is clean, with fun accents and a genuine attempt to be a gathering place for the community.

We've started to make it part of our Saturday routine, and we couldn't be happier.

the best coffee in Elgin by far, love to come here and get my caffeine on. Lots of little things both free and for sale, take and leave library, jewelry, games, and activates, plus, really nice wifi for when my work from home game needs a step up. I love this place, so much. My wife also does small craft shows there from time to time and we always buy some coffee.

I went in to get a cup of coffee for my sister. The lady was so friendly. She even suggested a cup a coffee for me. It was great.. the coffee tasted real good.. I like walking in and smelling the place.. smells like a true coffee shop. I will return..the atmosphere was real cozy..😊

Wow wow wow. The vibe is cozy and relaxing. The customer service is really welcoming and our orders tasted AMAZING!!! My daughter went with a friend before and recommended we go. We weren't disappointed and will become regulars
