Though they get busy, they do have friendly and professional courteous employees. They beat the one in Belton which is really slow even with 2 drive thrus. I just go inside if I see these is long and I'm waited on very quickly.

I hate to give Shipley’s a 2 star review because I love their donuts and have always had a pleasant experience. However my husband and I just left there and the girl who was working had the worst attitude, and was not very helpful. My husband asked for a strawberry filled donut and she rolled her eyes and yelled I don’t have any ignore the signs they’re not right. Maybe if she doesn’t like her job, assuming she’s in high school by how young she looked... she might just want to focus on school.

The one in Coppers Cove was crazy. We left and went to the one in Killeen. They only had one person working and it was so crowded several of us left.
The Killeen location wasn't that much better. My cinnamon twist was dry like it was from the day before. I won't be back for a long while.
Poor quality service, plus poor quality food just doesn't sit well with me.

At the time I went in, it was quiet.
They a good variety of doughnuts to choose from.
I've been in several times and the coffee has been inconsistent. The strength of the brew was different each time. That was a little disappointing, other than that it was good.

I usually have a great experience with them. Come in once a week office donuts. But today the short Hispanic girl was very rude. She slammed the donuts in the box, rolled her eyes, and I still said thank you and she walked away. Might I suggest if someone doesnt like dealing with customers maybe customer service isnt for you. I still love Shipleys.

Walked in to get some donuts, the girl there wasn't even wearing gloves or a mask. While getting the donut she stuck her whole hand in the bag to open it. given she was on the phone before when I walked in I should have asked her to put on some gloves or at least wash her hands but I wanted to get out without problems still Had to wait a bit because she was on the phone but at least she gave me the heads up. walking in there compared to everywhere else it was like the Shipley's doesn't even acknowledge that there's a virus going around or that health regulations are still a thing when handling baked goods

At 5:10pm today the OPEN sign was lit, I pulled into drive-thru and waited patiently for 3 minutes. I saw a person leaving as I pulled into drive-thru. I waited and then blew my horn after seeing a person sitting inside looking at their cell, but not recognizing me at the window. I realized that they were not an employee, but I thought at least someone would then come to the window and say just a minute. Of course, there’s a big NOW HIRING sign in the window. It was then that I drove off. I could then see two people being waited on at the counter. Poor customer service. This has never happened. I visit at least twice per week after 5pm. Maybe wise to invest in a drive-thru intercom system. At least it’ll help the one and only person better communicate with the customers. Please and thank you.

Everyone who works there is so sweet! And FYI the purple, Taro smoothie flavor tastes like shortbread cookie! I was afraid to try a root smoothie but it is soo good!!

I was shockingly so disappointed with my experience at this Shipley's! I went through the drive thru and greeted the woman whom looked absolutely miserable at the window and was just glared at. I told her super kindly that I'd have 2 separate orders to which she rolled her eyes at me and said absolutely nothing. So I began with my first order and paused between each item so she could type it in and she tells me "I'm waiting for you to tell me the rest of your order". Then I waited for her to say something like "okay what's on the second order?" But she just continued to stare at me which made me even more uncomfortable. This is the first time I've ever come to this location and definitely will never come back. Make the extra drive to the one near the McDonald's on fort hood street!!!
