Shipley Do-Nuts

Ordered mix and match donuts and they were all great. My daughter loved her treat.

The cashier was very rude! She rolled her eyes regularly and when I didn't hear her question (I'm deaf in an ear) she took a very rude tone of voice when asking again.
So yeah. Sorry I'm deaf.
Then as if that wasn't bad enough she forgot one of the long johns I ordered.

I went there and asked for 6 chocolate cake donuts with sprinkles and 6 regular cake donuts with sprinkles and I received 6 regular w sprinkles and 6 plain glaze. I also asked for a custard and a jelly filled. She specifically asked what flavor jelly so I told her. Well what I received was 2 white chocolate filled 😑 so I paid $24 for over half my order to be messed up. They were not even busy. Just me and 1 other person. I am very disappointed.

The staff were really nice and sounded like they were full of energy. These peeps have the really nice chocolate sticks that I like. They also let me have a donut that doesn't have the glaze or icing on it.

The staff has been super friendly both times I've been in here. The inside has been clean as well. My only problem is with the kolaches. I wish the jalapeno and cheese were in the sausage itself instead of just placed in there under the bread...

I visited Texas recently coming from Washington state and it was my first time ever at a Shipley's. Such an amazing place with such nice workers. They're all very kind and considerate. Ever since I've been staying with family here I've eaten Shipley's just about every other day. My personal favorite are the Kolache's. They are definitely a must try and are fantastic. If you're looking for a nice quick bite or are craving donuts I cannot further recommend this location. Also there were cute christmas deco's inside and outside of the shop. I always respect a bit of effort from places that want to keep with the theme. It's a lovely place. 10/10

Please check the milk they gave me expired milk and they forgot my cinnamon roll ..this is my 3rd time going back and I will never go back ..so please be aware.the donuts were soggy and tasted old.👎

My family and I are repeat customers, today we went and Irene in the drive thru went above and beyond for us. We couldn't be more appreciative for her excellent customer service, she has always treated us great and we always look forward to seeing her.

This is the place to go to. Some of the best people work here and their friendly nature is outstanding. The Shipley donuts are the only donuts I like. Make sure to also try out the kolaches.

Everyone I've ever encountered are absolutely wonderful. the new moca drink is perfect 👌 the beautiful girl gave me 4 shots in it and it's better than starstruck. Highly recommend 👌👍👏
