Both the filled donut and especially the worse of the two was the blueberry cake donut I got were very stale. The fact that I was sold such a stale and unflavored donut was beyond upsetting. I have never been more disappointed with my donut visit, as I don't eat them too often.

We come here almost every morning and it's always delicious. The service is always great. It's always nice to get Spencer at the drive thru window, always polite and engaging.

Ordered 2 dozen donuts, they were cold and tasted like they were a day or 2 old. I grew up loving Shipley's and was looking forward to having them again after living out of state for the past 4 years.

This here Shipley Do-Nuts is the best. They always got the freshest pastries I've ever had. Thanks to doordash, my order was not AT ALL what I had paid for. I called the store to see what could be done about this. Long story short, the manager personally delivered the correct order to me. I can not thank her enough, because who tf wants coconut doughnuts???

I’ve ordered from here 3 times now over the past month. First time the donut holes were raw and had liquid dough in the center. 2nd time I ordered a mocha latte and got a hot chocolate instead. 3rd time I order a mocha latte and got a hot chocolate instead. The donuts are really good but the quality control is terrible.

Always quick and friendly service the donuts are fresh and tasty without the weird after taste. The prices are good and the food is always on point. Good coffee too. Shipley’s has been my go to for donuts for many years for a reason
