Excellent service everyone was super nice and cheerful! The store is clean and in great condition. The food looks amazing, and fresh and displayed very well. Overall great experience, my husband and I will definitely be returning. Best in Cove for sure.

Every time we come the donuts are delicious. And more importantly the staff always have smiles and are so welcoming. Love coming here!

People were nice checkout was easy....but the donuts were big air pockets with tiny dot of filling. Only ones that were filled right were the boston creme. Of the twelve we got only 3 were filled with more then a dot. At first it was funny there was the big air pocket with a single bite of filling...then we realized the whole box was that way.

Walked in. Plenty of customers, woman at the counter, between her eye rolls and snappy responses, seemed like she didn’t wanna be at work. Got my donuts and kolachies tossed on the counter, bags not even closed which I did myself after I had to ask her for a bag to carry all of it. Packed it all myself with her back to me, and not until stepped away from the counter, did she turn around! She has seriously poor customer service skills, I won’t be back...

1-20-21 I rolled up and made an order of a dozen and a half dozen of country sasauge cheese egg and jalapeno for me and my team. Chris was super friendly seemed happy to be at work and even informed me of today's special they had... Every 6 kolaches they give 6 free donuts... Awesome surprise. Team was thrilled to have all the breakfast. They salute you Chris, not all heroes wear capes

My first visit the wait wasn't very long but my apple fritter was too burnt to eat. The kolaches were good and so were the free donuts that came with them. Service was kinda long, but I didn't mind.

The line was fairly long. Tho it wasnt raining it was wet outside. An Shipley employee walked outside to inform the customers that there was no wait inside. Going inside we were greeted by smiles and great attitudes. The product was fresh and the quality was great!

Extremely nice staff, great donuts, there's a military discount. Right now, there's a special if you buy 6 kolaches, you get 6 glazed donuts free.

Kids love coming here because they have a good variety to pick from. We have always gotten fast & friendly service. We went today, and the lady who served us, LaQuoia, was very pleasant and helpful.
