I doubt we're coming back. The chai tea is good but kinda weak, kinda watered down. We mainly came just for the cinnamon rolls because they were really good. Previously, they would run out nearly everytime. But now, they said they just cleaned out all food and only serving drinks. The food was expensive too. Cinnamon rolls were about $3. Also, I paid $3 for a simple bagel with a small thing of cream cheese that wasn't enough cheese to cover both halves. So at that price, you would think they're making enough money to keep selling because the demand was still there with a high price. Most coffee shops have things to eat but this one doesn't anymore so there's no point in coming back. There's a new coffee shop opening up soon in Canyon so you would expect them to stand out and be different from the competition, we'll see. In a good business, you wouldn't stop selling something that has a high demand.
Now, about what other person is complaining about with the mask mandate, I think it's great they slowing the spread and following the governors mandate. As I was previously in the medical field, I understand that wearing a mask is what's slowing the spread so I don't understand why anyone would be complaining about that. You should use hand sanitizer and wear a mask. I don't like being around people that don't so it makes this a comfortable and safe place to come to. If you don't want to wear a mask, go make coffee at home, you should be staying at home and/or in quarantine anyway if you don't want to make it safe for everyone else. Just because we live in a small town, doesn't mean you can't spread this contagious virus. The governor mandated wearing a mask and complaining about doing the right thing should void those negative reviews.

I was disappointed, I ordered a double espresso, and the flavor was quite bitter. The other person in our party had a coffee and was very pleased with the order. Atmosphere is good but don't get the espresso !!!

The best cup of warm, coffee flavored milk in Canyon, Texas.
Now, they do make more than Starbucks-style lattes, but you have to commit to consuming it at the place surrounded on all sides by children doing their schoolwork. Unfortunately, they won't make classic espresso beverages like macchiato, cortado, flat white, or even the elusive Gibraltar. You can get a classic cappuccino and it'll come with a bit of soda water to wash your dirty mouth out before it's graced with a Palace Coffee Cappuccino.
All orders come with free snobbery, though, because this company is way cooler than you are.

Go now to Canyon if you enjoy an over reactive response to the virus protection and a fake-nice rude person. Always enjoyed the coffee, service and atmosphere in the Amarillo shop. Was met with rudeness and insistence on customer taking all precautions. Wouldn’t take order to take payment unless you use their hand sanitizer in front of them (which didn’t have enough alcohol to actually disinfect anyway). Restaurants and grocery stores have a much more balanced approach. I was wearing a mask, very clean, etc. If they’re that paranoid, get plexiglass, bleach wipes and use gloves yourself. Lack of mutual respect. Yuck.

My personal experience was wonderful. The setting is welcoming and homey with a variety of options for student, lounger, drinker, etc. The drinks are well prepared, barristas are sweet as can be, and the outlets are endless. Thank you for a great experience!

The one to one is awesome!

Really clean, and friendly establishment. The coffee is really good! They play good music and its very laid back. It would be a good place to grab coffee and study with friends or even by yourself.

I went there with my mother and grandmother. We ordered coffee and brought out the desserts from the canyon cake company. This lady with green hair kicked us out and said we weren't allowed to eat outside food even though we were waiting for our coffee. My grandmother finds it really hard to move around and having to go somewhere else was a challenge. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a coffee shop.

Very friendly, nice ambience, and good coffee!

Best latte I've ever had! Staff is friendly, the pace is relaxed, and the Friday and Saturday music scene varies, so if you don't like it one week, next week will be better. Books, wi-fi. Some art, but they would benefit from having some more colorful pieces added. Has won a number of barista awards. It's worth the drive!
