The BEST surprise in this sweet little town. They are the most kind and charity oriented. The music and ambience is cozy and fantastic. Oh yeah, and the coffee is on point. Would give more stars if I could.
Love companies that operate like these guys. They deserve all the patronage in the world!

Personally not a fan of the pastries. I get coffee almost every day from this location its always consistent and spot on.

Came to visit friends and stopped by to get some coffee. Best pour over I’ve had in years! I usually don’t go on goggle to post reviews but this time…it was a must. Our barista Elena was so down to Earth and gave us so much knowledge about our Aponte coffee. Palace in Canyon feels like home away from our 15 min away home (Amarillo)

We came to Canyon on a whim just to get away and relax for a few days. Stumbled upon Palace Coffee and LOVED the atmosphere, the coffee, and the customer service. Alyssa and Noah were working and were very friendly, and Alyssa paid for our coffee as a welcome since it was our first time there! Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone. 10 stars!

Dollar date day! My husband and I purchased the mugs to enjoy the $1 cup of coffee. We spend time at The Palace most Friday afternoons to reconnect over great coffee prepared by baristas who know us. Bonus...we always see folks we know from the community.
