Loved this place! The staff was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the coffee. Loved the cappuccino and the shake! It was a nice way to cool off after a hike in Palo Duro.

Traveling across states Palace Coffee was a necessity to stay awake! Totally against the stigma of corporate coffee shops, we found this cute place easily on the map. Their online order app was a breeze. Curbside pickup was phenomenal, they could see us through the window and headed outside! It was a nice experience from the barista. I hope to see them on our way back through!

This morning it was busy I watched a man with a veteran hat walk in and stand at the front of the line. The person who greeted him asked the man to be seated because they were preparing an online order she said they would get right to him. I sat there and watched the online order get filled. I watched person after person cut in front of the man, eventually he left with a smile, not being served. Not sure what to think. Im certain he was a veteran, and If I see him again Ill buy his coffee. Never had any issues until I seen that.

All the employees were very kind. The atmosphere is relaxing but doesn't make you feel like you're in a library, unable to make any sound. The coffee is always delicious. I'm not necessarily a coffee connoisseur, so for me, it's more about the experience in a place, and this coffee shop has a great atmosphere.

Our entire family (including my two year old) feel so loved and valued every time we come here. Savannah does a great job making you feel welcome, Kinsley is a sweetheart, and all of the baristas can make amazing lattes. We’re so thankful to live close to a Palace Coffee! There’s no place like it!

We have come on and off ever since we moved to Canyon I recently came in with my 2 year old niece and they were fantastic! They were so attentive and understanding with her chatter and they even took her order from her. She now asks to go back all the time and I am sold for life!!

For a coffee house this place is more of a upbeat coffee hangout spot. On some nights they have live bands, I believe they charge a cover. The coffee is great and never burnt, specialty drinks are awesome. The staff is super friendly and although service sometimes is a little slow, its worth the wait and the crowd. Prices are a bit higher then other coffee shops I have been to. Keep in mind though, this place is unique compared to the ever popular starbucks.

We stopped in on New Year’s Day (1/1/2021) and the can verify that this is indeed one of the best coffee shops in all of Texas! The coffee, the location, the baristas, everything was first class. You won’t regret stopping here!

We planned to buy cookies from the Cake Company across the street and bring them to Palace Coffee for hot cocoa on December 1st for the "Christmas in Canyon" celebration before the parade. You know, supporting local businesses and so on. (We've done this previously with no issues.)

They told my THREE year old he couldn't eat his cookie. So, we went to another local business, Barrel & Pie, and got delicious hot cocoa from them instead. Faster service and friendly staff.

Palace Coffee employees should probably work on getting their orders completed rather than focusing on what a 3 year old and his little sister are eating.

Roasters in Amarillo is a much better coffee stop, maybe they'll come to Canyon soon!

Reply to Patrick: Thank you for your response. I fully appreciate no food or drink signs and missed it in our excitement. It is unfortunate you do not allow cookies from other local businesses during nonevent times.

However, if YOU wave this during events then you might want to train your staff not to say "it's in the Health Code" and "we'll get a big fine for it" as well as the additional nonsense they spun.

I really love this place. I get better work done here than anywhere else. Sometimes the baristas play music too loud in the backroom. Other than that they have friendly staff and I love their coffee!
