I absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is amazing as well as the coffee and snacks. The baristas are warm and welcoming and make good recommendations! I love to spend an hour or two writing here whenever I can grab a free hour or two.

The baristas were incredibly friendly and warm, the coffee was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was cozy and open. Visited for the first time today and wishing I lived closer to Canyon so I could go again! I felt very welcomed and appreciated as a customer.

This isn't just a coffee shop. It is my sanity some days. I cannot tell you how many times I have gotten through an afternoon on cold brew. The staff is so friendly and stive to not only remember your face but also your favorite drink. It is the Cheers of the coffee world and I am their Norm. 😊

Wonderful place. A must have when I am back in town! The coffee has a unique flavor all their own, especially the lattes. The ambiance is excellent and is a great place for coffee talk or getting work done (in the back room).

Excellent coffee to be had in an historic building located on the square, surrounded by the old court house, which sits in the middle of the square. I highly recommend Palace. Plus you can get cups to refill and stickers to display on your vehicles or laptops, which ever you prefer.

I've been stopping for coffee at Palace on drives between Austin & Central Colorado since 2013. The coffee is always good, and the baristas are always friendly. I love this place.
