The Turtle Restaurant

Appropriately named, the food is freshly cooked, so it's slow, but very worth it. "Country gourmet" is how I'd describe their eggs benedict, and their gluten-free rice-based waffles were pretty good. They also serve gelato that looked really good. If you find yourself in the town with time to kill, I recommend a visit.

Super Burger was one of the most incredible I've ever had (white cheddar, bacon, grilled onions, & jalapenos that actually have decent kick) Was looking for soup & salad to keep it light, but this place looked special so figured I had to try it, & it was amazing. Whole menu looks like each dish is of highest quality & superb flavor. As soon as I had first bite of burger, I knew I was abandoning plan to only eat half.....Very well curated & expansive liquor, wine & beer selections.

Made a reservation so the wait to sit was no problem, however, it felt like we were forced to be there for so long. To get our order took 30 mins then another hour for them to make the food and us to eat. The food though was delicious! I ordered the spicy pork tenderloin & it was so soft & juicy. Def don’t regret eating there.

I went here for the first time and enjoyed the Pimento Cheese Fritters as an appetizer and would highly recommend the Honey Butter Pecan Chicken!

Madison was an attentive server and she was able to provide great dining/beverage recommendations. I definitely would return here again due to the great service, food, and environment.

Service was very slow even though we were the only customers. The prices are very high. They say kid friendly and only had one booster chair. The pizza had no flavor. They said they had a kid burger, but it was a regular size and priced burger.
I won't be back.

Food is good. If you don't mind waiting minimum hour and a half for it. Been twice. The wait was same both times. This last time I never got my food, which was an appetizer which I ordered first. After an hour and a half, looked over, everyone got food, except!, my 6 years old grand daughter and myself, still! Really? You can't even make sure children get their food? However, only other table that came in 30 minutes after us, got great service with only two men! Service is terrible! Will never go back, will not recommend even though was ok. Service is important and if I have to wait two hours, it better be damn good.

Appetizer was good but not great. Dinner was very good. There was a little bit of a snafu with the coffee and dessert which resulted in desert with no coffee. Overall very happy with the dining experience.

We went there for the Easter buffet dinner. The food was delicious. The prime rib cut with a fork. I was only disappointed in their deserts, only had 2 and very plain.
