It was cozy, and the food was delicious, but oh so pricey! Our tab for two was over $70 with the tip

This was our first time. Our wait was 45 minutes, but we weren't in a hurry. Our server worked so hard and gave me an extra ginger beer to go as compensation for the wait. The beef was Japanese, which I had heard was wonderful- it was! We really enjoyed the homemade potato chips too. I wanted Gelato but was too full. We can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious food. Next time, I'll cut my meal in half to take home. That should leave room for dessert!

Highly recommend this place! Had the Brussel sprouts, garlic fries, and the brisket/ground beef burger with barbecue sauce. Huge portions! All was extremely delicious! I was actually disappointed when I couldn't finish my burger due to the appetizers. Also the burger came with homemade warm kettle chips-yummy! Service from the waiter was very good too. Food did not come fast but was well worth the wait. Recommend making online reservations and allowing ~90 minutes start to finish. Will most definitely go back...repeatedly so I can try more things on the menu.

Dont get the ribeye! More fat than steak. Flavor was ok but not worth the price. Save your money

Wow, I can't say enough about this place! If you are a wine enthusiast, like eclectic food, or just enjoy a unique atmosphere, go out and check this one out. You won't be disappointed. Owner came out and introduced herself, the gentleman taking care of me invited me to look through their wine selections in their wine room while I was waiting on my order and brought my first glass of wine to me there. They have numerous bottles which I found unique and would like to try. This is the first of what I am certain will be many visits. I tried the South American Picahna medium rare with a chimichurri sauce, roasted pineapple and sweet peppers, and carrots. I started with an excellent loaf of bread made fresh in-house. To finish I had 3 house-made truffles, pecan turtle, a cordial, and an espresso. Sampled with a dark ruby estate port, this was out of this world good. Thank you so much for a much-needed night out! Much more than I expected and less than I expected to pay for it. Thank you again and I will definitely see you again!

Waited 7 minutes to be greeted bc they were having a staff meeting at 12 pm on a Saturday and they told us they couldn't seat us because they didnt have a high chair for our 14mo. Apparently they don't like kids. Our daughter has eaten at Michelin star restaurants.

We decided to try something different and arrived at 5pm for a Tuesday meal. We pretty much had private dining at least 30 mins before another table was seated. Food was homemade and wonderful. Service was kind and attentive. We actually had forgotten how to have a quiet, relaxed and enjoyable meal until we walked into the Turtle.
We will be back soon!!

They are very understaffed. The food is good but they desperately need more help.
