Great variety of food and beer. Friendly service and a nice atmosphere

The food was good, but we waited over an hour after we ordered. I would rate the service a 0 if I could.

Fantastic sandwiches, salads, and soups. They even have a great local wine list and craft cocktails. Live music on Friday and Saturday nights!

When my daughter and I walked up, the lady at the register (dark hair with red tips) was being really condescending towards one of the girls working. Seemed like the girl was trying to do something helpful but the lady with red tips in her hair was being incredibly rude to her saying she was too busy to deal with the girl. Then when the girl walked off, the lady said something snarky about the girl behind her back to another employee. Completely turned me off. The girl who was being trash talked was very kind and helpful to me and my daughter when we were eating. The behavior was uncalled for, and absolutely turned me off from ever coming again. Be kind, lady with red tips in her hair. You came across as being really petty and mean.

We used to love this place but things seem to be changing, and not for the better. We would come here fairly frequently, every 2-3 weeks and throughly enjoyed the cafe and and it's staff. Food was always good and even though it was always crowded, you could find a table. However, the last 2 times we came here we had awful experiences. The food has gone from great to terrible. Even the atmosphere is different. These days Redbud is nothing more than a place we used to go, but never again.

Great casual vibe to cool off within … has an excellent craft beer selection … and the lavender margarita is nirvana.

Holy smokes!! I can't say enough. I had the ham and cheese delight breakfast sandwich and a bloody Mary. It was amazing.

We have been loyal to the Redbud for many years. My husband is a big fan of the meatloaf. But our latest visit (6-8-22) was not great in a few ways. We arrived about 11:30ish. Not a big crowd yet. We waited a good 30 minutes for our food, which we weren’t super upset about as all restaurants seem to have staffing issues. When we did finally get our food it wasn’t hot. I mean the meat on my burger was almost room temp. As was the potato salad 😐 I order my burger sans bun, so I KNOW how hot the patty should be. We were so hungry we didn’t dare say anything to have our food replaced as we didn’t desire to wait another half hour. I don’t eat potato salad (which was my chosen side for my husband to eat) and when I saw he wasn’t eating it he said - not good. So I took a taste. Besides it not being the correct temp it tasted odd to us. Not like it was bad, but like a weird type of herb was used. Sorry, not in Texas where potato salad can be sort of a religion. Anyway, to sum it up, I’m unsure if we will risk trying it again. So sad because we visit Blanco often and it’s always on our list to eat here.

We've been going to the Redbud since we moved here and it just keeps getting better and better. Amazing food (I like the Blanco burger with roasted poblano strips), great drinks (including Real Ale on tap), and laid back atmosphere (regular live music). The cookies are a must for dessert (Ginger Molasses is my fav). They have a Sunday Brunch that is not to be missed. They now allow you to just sit down at a table and order through QR code to make things even easier. And when you're done, take a stroll through Jan's shop to check out her daughter's lavender goods, local potter's work, and an assortment of Latin American and vintage goods that Jan curates. The shop is a go to of ours for unique Christmas presents. Just go to the Redbud and you'll want to become a regular too!
