So everytime I drive out to Fredericksburg I take a route thru Blanco and stop and grab a quick snack, usually a cookie. On this trip I got 1 of each cookie they had available! The oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, and lemon are great. I'm going to try the rest.

Great Americana food! From great burgers to sandwiches plus great soup & salads, etc. Great varieties of beer and mix drinks. Homemade desserts, especially the chocolate cake. Great cookies too!

Great local restaurant. Had meat loaf sandwich and a loaded Bloody Mary. Five stars.

We were told our two sandwiches would take 40 minutes but appetizers would come out quickly. The basic chips and salsa came out quickly but were mediocre at best. Then after an hour and ten minutes we received our sandwiches. The bread was so stale it just broke apart. My husbands chicken was bland. We paid $50 for one of the worst meals I have had in a long time. McDonalds would have been a huge step up from this lunch. Complete waste of time and money.

Well we tried it in the middle of lavender fest, it was a limited menu, kinda herd in and out.. Less than enjoyable but maybe I will try again

I had the Fish Taco Wrap and the Bacon Mac-n-Cheese. The fish taco was actually pretty good. It came with a mango salsa. I should have asked for more of the salsa. I felt like the wrap needed a little more moisture, a little on the dry side but the flavor was really good. The Bacon Mac-n-Cheese was really dry. I like my Mac-n-Cheese gooey with cheese. This was more like pasta with a little bit of cheese. That was a little disappointing but overall the meal was good and I would eat there again. I gave 4 stars for atmosphere only because it was so LOUD in the restaurant I felt like we were yelling at each other to be heard (there were only 4 of us at the table). But it's a nice place with a huge menu. I will try it again soon.

The $10 quiche was TINY and definitely not worth it: there was a thin layer of veggies, rubbery egg, and then a decent crust underneath. Can't believe they charge so much for that, really disappointed.

Burgers, sandwiches, salads, and lavender tea. Whether you need a bite to eat or want to sit and enjoy a beverage Redbud Cafe is a great place. Did I mention they carry a great line of beers from Real Ale on tap as well as a selection of local wine.

Nice and friendly establishment. Dining is strictly on outdoor patio or at picnic tables across the street (no biggie). Serving only til 3pm on most days. Overall, very good food and country vibe.

Nice place, decently price burgers and sandwiches with an excellent selection of beers and ales on tap!
