Want a great burger then this is the place! Stopped in Blanco on my way home from San Antonio. Asked a local what they recommend and they said get a Blanco Burger and it didn’t disappoint. Also had a Crispy Business beer to go with it, very refreshing. Live music was a bit too loud to sit inside so I’m thankful the temperature outside is perfect! Outside the music was relaxing in the background.

Went in a few times foods ok but expensive, unfortunately one of the owners is unbearable. Shes an older lady that talks down on her employees and made me feel really bad for the people working there. Not really worth the money for the experience

The food is just darn good! I don’t know what they put in the meatloaf sandwich, but I complimented it with every bite. I’m not big on meatloaf. This sandwich is one of the dishes they’re known for, so I had to try it. It was worth every bite!

We got there after 8 pm, and they closed at 9 pm. They were in no hurry to move us thru. They treated us amazingly wonderful. And the food was delicious!

We found this place on accident 2 years ago and made it a point to stop on our way to Fredericksburg this time. The Blaze of Glory burger with the Commissary stout was a fantastic combo. Will always come back when we are passing through.

Hands down the BEST cheeseburger I have ever had. And on a holiday (Memorial Day) to boot!! Fantastic!

This was an awesome surprise on a road trip stopped in here ....... there was live music on Friday night the food was down home and delicious service was just as down home and friendly atmosphere was really great too. I will be back when I pass through again.

The burgers were so yummy...on a jalapeno bun, kicking it up a notch.
The sandwiches are made on homemade bread...and the lemonade, freshly squeezed. I took one for the road. Desserts were phenomenal...we got the coconut macaroons and a chocolate toffee decadence cookie...so big you can share them.
This great restaurant is located on the plaza square of Blanco,TX and has an inside gift shop they share with the Bierger boutique which has Guatemalan accessories and Hill Country lavender items for sale.

Nice place for good food and great people! I had the Blaze of Glory burger - because I like a little spice in my burger... well, it had some spice - not too hot, but I could taste the peppers. I liked the bun too. Very nice! I will return to try something else.

We had a lovely Sunday brunch on the front porch. Great for people watching. The food was delicious - the service friendly and excellent. The cafe also features a large gift shop so fun to look around. Lots of parking for our RV right across the street in front of the town centre. Walking to lots of antique stores. Highly recommend.
