The service was wonderful, the food was brought out quickly and it had so much flavor. Will definitely be back

The food was very bland and the rice was dried out and hard. The service was far worse. We ordered 5 plates of food and they came out over a 30 minute period. We had to tell the waitress harshly to go get his grill cheese and it still took 10 more minutes. The table next to us had the same problem. I will not go back.

This was the first time that I visited the restaurant. The food was delicious. Needless to say, I'll be back.

The food and atmosphere were great! The waitresses were absolutely wonderful also!

I have gone to Alberto's almost from the time they opened in 1975. I'd say the service and quality has been consistent during that time. I haven't lived in BS for several years. I go there a couple times of year. The service has been low to average. The food has always been about average. They've recently moved to a different location and as far as drive-thru goes the service is worse. 10 chips and two 2 oz salsa for and order for two. With the house special didn't give tacos. When we returned the woman in the window said we were lying. Enchiladas have always been of good quality. Now they're a rolled up corn tortilla with some meat and sauce poured over it. That's not an enchilada and definitely not the enchildas I used to get with the original owners. Just like another long-time favorite Mexican restaurant in BS I won't name I probably won't be back to Albertos. Progress is good, but not if a long-standing tradition of average quality food suffers.

New location, food is still top quality!! Love the optional online check-in and the text to let you know your table is ready. Service was awesome, just like the meal!!

Called in an order. 35 minutes later pulled up to the drive through and waited 30 minutes for our food.

Bad customer service ever , After making reservations I still waited 45 mins, when I went in to ask if I was next she couldn't find my name I will never eat there when I visit Big spring.

Great place to eat! The staff is on point and friendly. Definitely service dog friendly as well!
