Tough Cookie Bakery

Loved it! Great coffee. Wonderful quiche. The vegetarian sausage was excellent - and I'm definitely not a vegetarian. Chris was a great host - made us feel like welcomed from start to finish.

I had the Irish cream cold foam with the cold brew and a dirty chai here - both very delicious!
I also got the raspberry bar, also lovely. They have plenty of seating inside and outside - great for a quick bite or something more slow paced. And as the name of the store suggests, solid cookies!
Great atmosphere here, and I will definitely stop by here again when I come to visit Bastrop in the future.

The place has a nice vibe and was playing pretty good music but the lack of tables and chairs made it seem really vacant. The menu was also a bit sloppy and there was a long wait for a simple drink with only one person in front of me. The coffee was pretty good and I really appreciated that the cashier took the time to see if their oatmilk was gluten free. It wasn't but the effort to find out counts. In terms of their baked goods I'm pretty everything is still baked there so I wasn't ready to risk the gluten exposure. Overall the place has massive potential but could use some polish for sure.

They were out of almost everything, but I guess it is a bakery, and we arrived at 1 pm for lunch. Serving mostly vegan food, so carnivores beware.

I did not like their coffee. They said they make their chocolate sauce in house so ordered the mocha and it was not good. It tasted old and had a weird flavor. The chocolate chip cookie was awful it taste like salt. The inside of the bakery had stickers and other things for sell that had obscenities all over them. I found this very distasteful for a business that is supposed to cater to all types. I would not take a kid here. The trail mix cookie was the only good thing about my experience.

Such an awesome local bakery with delicious cookies, snacks and treats. Lunch items, drinks and wonderful service, Bastrop is lucky to have such a great place to hang out.

Lots of interesting things to eat and so many are healthy, to be followed by cookies which cancels out the healthy but you gotta enjoy life, am I right?

They have a magic oven somewhere in that kitchen. Staff are so friendly. Love coming here

Relaxed vibe, great selections, super delicious, don't get scared away of it being vegan. Best dessert shop in Bastrop!
