This establishment should be fined. I brought my baby sister here in an attempt to order a drink and leave. My sister has a service dog (not much bigger than the size of one's hand). But the hostess went out of her way to harass us about the dog. She first stated that we can't have a dog in there unless it's a service dog, to which we responded she is. She then asked if we had tags for her (you don't actually have to have "tags" or identification for a service animal and legally you can't ask for such). She told her she will need to wait outside and gave me a nasty look as I was ordering. You should be ashamed of yourselves for embarrassing a young autistic girl like that. The staff is incredibly rude and inappropriate.

Disappointed, got two mango smoothies as usual and came upon two big hairs in each. I think what happened is one of the girls hair must have fallen in the making causing hair in both drinks. It should be mandatory to wear hair nets to prevent this in the future. Displeased.

Had the Strawberry Smoothie with Tapioca and I gotta say hands down one of the best bobas I've had in a while. Super intimate vibe and they have lots of seating upstairs.

Great bubble tea with lots of tapioca and great flavors. I have been here twice now and had the taro smoothie bubble tea— very good. The cafe is modern and clean, and located next to a cute park with steel cows!! The only reason I took away a star was because of the customer service, the server I had taking my order was not very friendly when I asked him questions. Aside from that, a great boba shop!

Iced Cream Iced Coffee half sweet with Boba was excellent!

Lots of different flavors to try. Super small dining area, but abundance of arboretum patio seating (including giant fireplace) right outside makes up for what the cafe lacks inside. The inside has a nice atmosphere though! Check this place out next time you’re at Barnes and Noble - skip boring old Starbucks!

We’ve gone here a few times with our kids. The tea is great but each time there is a bit of a wait. There’s a little park close by so you can hang there, or do what we did last time which is run and errand and come back and then wait a few more minutes for your drink :)

I've been going here for years, weekly at minimum, and they've been consistently great. Well, one time my thai tea was meh but they apologized and fixed it. Great drinks and staff.

Newer location with a great atmosphere to hang out or do some work or homework. My only complaint is that indoor seating is limited. The flavors are endless to make up for it. I enjoy their soft serve and tapioca addins for their bubble tea. The shop is tucked behind a few other shops in the arboretum but there are pleasant outdoor seating options that can accommodate the whole family.
