Tried a salted caramel latte, London fog, and the sausage breakfast sandwich. All were delicious! It looks small, but you're able to take your treats to sit in the restaurant that is connected - great vibe.

This place has great potential but they seem ill equipped to handle crowds. I was there this morning waited nearly 20mins for a single biscuit with jam and when I got it home, it was completely raw. The service is slow and inefficient. Might be great for a small customer base. They should consider sticking to baked goods and coffee.

Cheese Danish. So yummy. Friendly employees. Me and family tried several things everything was great.

I've been to "master" coffee shops up and down the west coast and everywhere in between. This is THEE best coffee and atmosphere in Nashville. Expert baristas, and out of this world delicious baked goods!

Tried this place out for lunch today with some co-workers. The breakfast tacos were drowning in undercooked fries which were topped with a green sauce that looked like a toddler had just eaten peas and then spewed them all over the plate. The fall bowl was decent but seemed underwhelming for the price paid and had hardly any sausage in it. I'd say the best thing served was an aioli on the basic breakfast plate which also had undercooked fries. Experience at the register was bland and left much to be desired. Overall we will not be back. The bougie atmosphere can be experienced at too many other places on this side of town and they have far better food and customer service.

Coffee was great, I had the brewed and it was smooth and flavorful. I also had the sausage and egg biscut. The biscut was very dense but it was good. The sausage is house made and it was good. I think that the addition of gravy or the option to add gravy would really make this dish a home run.

This is THE BEST biscuit, breakfast sandwich in Nashville, and there are many amazing option around town. They should call it the X-ray biscuit; so much butter you can see right through! Bacon was incredible. I hope St. Peter hands these out at the pearly gates. 🙏

I love going to Slow Hand for brunch or a pastry. The decor and overall vibe is very cozy! Especially if you sit at the counter, where you can watch the food cook on the fire. Our order has been messed up a couple times, but other than that, I only have positive things to say.

Their baked goods are delicious. Coffee is good. Kitchen? Service...!!! I got eggs, bacon, and french fries today. Pretty basic right? I've had it all my life...but this was really salty. The bacon was stiff as a board too. My husband had bacon on his biscuit sandwich that was a normal cook. So I very discreetly asked one of the people behind the counter if I could get it remade. She insisted I had to see the cashier. Ok. Fine. I waited then quietly asked the cashier. She asked what was wrong I said it's way too salty and the bacon is hard. Her response? "You can go ask the kitchen." WT??? I was reluctant so she started walking over that way, indicating that I should follow her...mind you there are other customers coming in... iI decidedt wasn't worth it and just went back to our table. The woman came back and said that she'd just tell the kitchen for me (what the first person, let alone her, should have just done in the first place) and asked me 2x how I wanted my order cooked. She was loud and insisted, when I simply said not salty and the bacon not hard, that was how they cooked their bacon. At that point there were 4 other customers standing around. I said nevermind It's fine. I had to tell her that 3x then. And at that point we just got up and left. We didn't even finish our coffee. I was really polite and respectful so I don't get the poor service, which, even if I wasn't, should be better. And for $10 bacon eggs it should be edible. It's a cute place and this was our second time there. But there are lots of good places in East, so after this, we won't be back.

It's relatively new and nice place. You can easily walk through the shared space to Pelican and Pig restaurant next door. The coffee is good, wide selection of pastries. The staff is super friendly and quick. The design is simple, yet cozy. Will come back.
