The coffee for it's price and location wasn't bad, but the coffee isn't all that great either. The ice coffee came out too sweet. Customer service, well it looked like the cashier was annoyed at every customer. Idk maybe he didn't have his coffee yet š
Iām pretty much the only customer, the girl rudely takes my order then forgets about my sandwich for 30 minutes when Iām the only one waiting and she sees me standing there. I ask about my sandwich and they ask me if I have already ordered. Of course, Iāve been waiting half an hour and my flights about to leave. Only then did they go put something in the oven and when I requested a refund for the item they said their manger wasnāt present and couldnāt refund me. Absolutely ridiculous experience. 0/10
2 employees. 1 appeared to be in training and the other was the trainer. They were doing something with coffee. I found food and waited. NO GREETINGS, NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. I was the only patron at that moment. The trainer look square in my face and went back to doing something with the coffee. I left and went to another spot and bought other things. When i passed by they had help 1 other patrons. Her name is Emery I believe. I just wanted service and kijiji couldn't offer my that.
If there was a zero star option that be the option I'd pick. Got a cup of large cappuccino and it was just straight foam felt like 1/4 of coffee and 3/4 foam. It ened up dropping on the carpet and because of the lack of liquid in that cup it evaporated into the carpet in seconds. Customer service sucks. I wish I walked further to another place. I just left that place and felt the need to do this review.
Good quality coffee and the price wasnāt bad for an airport. With tax I paid $6.45 for a large mocha. Ladies at the counter were nice and my coffee got delivered quickly. Not sure why other people say this place is bad, itās pretty great! Also, the only coffee shop that was open at BNA
This place has the worst management Iāve ever seen. The employees are nowhere near trained so they donāt know how to make coffee, not to mention they havenāt properly cleaned the ovens or espresso machines in months. Youāre better off waiting in the long starbucks line down the hall. They also underpay all of their staff which I guess makes sense since none of them know how to make the coffee. Stay away from this place, itās a waste of your time and money

Charged me extra for whipped cream without telling me it was extra, and also added extra charge for āextra drizzleā when I didnāt even ask for it.
Ordered large cappuccino but received a cup of mostly foam and about a quarter cold coffee. Sullen unfriendly staff serving. No time to return to store now but never again :(

as others have posted, the staff is very rude, but the Americano coffee and Maple Bacon Turkey on Brioche was really good.
