With other reviews, my experience with the lady at the register was fine. I’m reviewing the coffee, not the staff. Got the coffee black because wanted to see what it was really like, absolutely able to drink it with no creamer. Not bitter at all, strong enough-not too strong

If I could give zero stars I would. The two women behind the counter could care less about 6our order or getting it correct. Paid for a large, the girl handed me a small, when I said I paid for a large she got very confrontational and argumentative. I took the small, tasteless cappuccino. Do yourself a favor; hit Chick Fil A or the Starbucks that's going into the terminal. 🤬

Coffee is delicious! Mocha coffee is with coconut flavor, so it is special to me. Lattee is also tasty.

My coworkers and I were catching an early-morning flight from the Delta terminal and this was the most convenient restaurant open. It was BUSY and although the young man behind the counter, CJ, was working completely by himself, he got everyone's orders out in a reasonable amount of time. He was overwhelmed but kind, cool and collected. Thanks for the great service!

Maybe the negative reviews on service weee just flukes because I had wonderful service from the barista at 5am. She was cheery and helpful.

I ordered a drip coffee and it was 100% better quality than Starbucks. I’m only knocking 1 star because they don’t have roasted coffees that state where they are from , despite being 100% arabica.

Never seen more dysfunctional ladies then the four ladies at the counter. Menu on board says drip coffee, regular and large. Ask politely for a regular drip coffee, lady charged me for a large. Told her I wanted the regular, other lady chimed in that I should have asked for a small. Told her the menu says regular and large. At this point, lady number two pulls the point of sale tablet away from me and asks me to leave. Rude. I'm happy I didn't give this place any money. How many of your customers are asked to leave by this lady every day?

The girl at the cash register wasn't rude. She was so disinterested she could barely pay attention. I think it was because she was texting someone while trying to use a cash register. That can be difficult. My problem is she seemed to feel like I was interrupting her conversation. Her attitude could use some help. Maybe find a job you actually want to do.
One good comment: the guy who works behind the counter was attentive, helpful, and came around to my side to help me put my food in a bag. He is the reason I'm fine with the one star Google makes you give. Thank you sir!

Horrible customer service. I rarely say anything negative but these employees were unfriendly, lazy and rude. They were open yet didn’t want to make anything on the menu other then drip. When asked what time they would Start making coffee other then drip the response was “I can’t tell yaaaa” ugh lol what?! They were also talking about their other coworkers (cussing) right in front of us. I don’t know why management hasn’t fixed their bad employee issue. From what I am reading this has been an issue for sometime. Another Major issue is the temperature of their coffee. Holy hell I wasn’t warned and it burned the heck out of my mouth, bad. I will be contacting someone in regards to that because that can really harm someone.
