Green Beans Coffee

The employee had to get up from a sitting position 30 feet away to cash me out. He didn't use words as I was apparently at the wrong cash register, he just pointed. After my card was accepted, he just went back to his chair. 60% of the tables were empty and dirty. Him and his female coworker never stopped talking to each other even as customers arrived to cash out. What a sad example to represent a business.

Waiting by security exit to pick up wife. Oddly I just picked up a soda & salt vinegar chips while I wait. Gave four stars only because table isn’t cleaned 🧼

The place is quality and the people and service are quality but when I spend 30 bucks for a smoothie , an Italian sandwich, and sausage egg and cheese biscuit, I expect it to be made fresh from scratch. You have to do better Green Beans!!!! I get it's going to be higher price for location convenient grabs , but seriously , why can't it be better than that plastic factory taste it has to it???
I guess Nashville isn't all it's cracked up to be especially to it's guests smh......

Just Left without ordering, would give it a zero if i could. The girl at the register was rolling her eyes at the customer in front of me, and eating chips while licking her fingers too. Was going to get a croissant but i saw gnats all over the pastries. Don’t waste your money here!

This girl is the worst service I have ever seen in America. Rude, no respect for visitors, the girl mixed up my order and told me to get out of her way and not disturb her anymore.

Gross. It’s the only place that’s open after you leave security. I was flying in to meet a friend that was flying in 2 hours after me. I would have gotten food on the other side of security but needed to get my luggage. I got the chicken biscuit and black coffee. The sandwich looks nothing like the picture and the biscuit is hard and dried out. The coffee was ok at best. All of this for the low price of 12.95! An unedible sandwich and bland burnt coffee. I was here at 9am and it’s busy so there’s no excuse for a nasty dried out sandwich and coffee that tastes like it’s sat on the burner too long. The only upside is the place to plug my phone into.

Love the live music. However, do not get the salad here. At all! The first salad was slimy and had old, wilted and 'rusted' salad greens so much that it was inedible. I got a replacement they said was 'made today' that was better, except for the dead fly in it. Yuk!! When I took it up to the counter, the woman said "I can't give you a refund because the manager is gone." Terrible food service and terrible customer service. So I spent over $30 on food I can't eat.

This is the absolute worst company. they are very racist and rude. they sell old sandwiches and the coffee is very horrible. they miss treated the black girl that worked there and gave her less hours and she was one of the best smoothie makers and had a lot of compliments on her drinks.

Everything is not quite what you order. Sausage egg and cheese uses sauce instead of cheese. Hot chocolate is warm milk. And the brownie is actually a cake.

The coffee was mediocre and the staff were extremely uninterested in providing decent service. Everyone was either rude or sleepy. I watched as they got several customers' orders wrong and offered no apologies.
I'll take Starbucks.
