Billy Goat Coffee Cafe

The keto deserts are good, on A GOOD DAY. Which isn’t often. Sometimes the keto cookies are hard. Sometimes the cupcake frosting is too runny, which doesn’t help matters when it tips over in the tin in the bag, when given through the drive through window. My order is messed up 50% of the time. Just today, I spent $25 for my entire order to be wrong. I drive almost an hour one way to come here. 3 of my items today weren’t even keto. And I found this out AFTER I consumed one. Because I was told on the phone that even though it was the wrong item, they were keto. Later discovered through Facebook, what I received was in fact not keto. If you follow a strict keto diet, be very weary! Keto items are NOT labeled and they could possibly give you anything by mistake. Like what has happened to me 3 times now. I’ve been a customer who drives from Murfreesboro for 2 years now, and they just lost my business after lying to me on the phone, to cover up these mistakes. Waiting on a refund. Such a shame!

While roaming around Mt. Juliet and needing some coffee stat, I found myself wandering into Billy Goat Coffee. Unfortunately, I did think I would be greeted by their namesakes, however, while there may be no Billy Goats on the premises, there is a lot of coffee that will get you moving like one ;) I had the white chocolate mocha which I haven't had in ages and they made it deliciously with coconut milk, just the way I like it :) Also, they have plenty of paleo items for those that are health conscious, and for those who like full fat items, like yours truly, they have some of those lovely items too! It felt homey and a place where I could see myself returning with a good book to settle in :) ☕☕☕📖📖📖

Amber, Jade, Katelyn, and Summer are authentic and outstanding. Each of these ladies takes great pride in their craft and it shows. As a former military spouse, I have lived in several states and stepped into many a coffee shop. This spot is by far my favorite as it feels like home. Thank you ladies for getting me through grad school, one keto work of art at a time :)

Love all kinds of coffee and hot chocolate. He always gets 2 croissants....1 for the 2 year old. Chicken salad is awesome for lunch.

After some recent updates and improvements to their interior I decided to stop in and get some work done today. Good improvements all around and the coffee drinks have improved as well. My raspberry white mocha was very enjoyable. Seating space was available with good wifi speeds to boot. Kudos on the changes and improvements, I'll be back.

The new owners at Billy Goat have turned this into my favorite coffee and workplace hang. I so badly wanted to like it under the old ownership because I believe strongly in supporting local business, but in my opinion the coffee was bad most of the time. The new team has upped the quality of the coffee and food. I can now go in and get a great cup of coffee and friendly service...Every Time. Whether or not you liked Billy Goat before, you'll LOVE it now!

Coffee bar and food display area very icky, sticky/dusty and neglected for quite some time. Lost my appetite. Too bad because menu sounded good. 😳.

This shop was so freaking adorable! My sister and I were looking for a small coffee cafe to eat breakfast in and plan our day while traveling, and Billy Goat did not disappoint. Their staff was super friendly, the place was clean, and they had amazing food and drinks! Definitely check it out.

Five minutes after we left the Cafe, my special needs child projectile vomited in the car. There was pimento cheese all over the car, her, me. I called the Cafe to tell them the cheese was bad. An employee, Grace, told me that the cheese was fresh. I wanted to talk to the owner. She wasn't helpful or concerned that my kid was sick. I can't believe a cafe that we have been going to all summer was this rude to me. I'm so upset that my child got so sick from them. I called them first to make sure nobody else ate the cheese. All I got was attitude.
