Excellent coffee, nice staff and comfortable environment (different types of chairs and a few couches and music isn't too loud). They sell locally made items too which is nice. love to visit this place when in town.

A great little cafe. Lovely atmosphere, plenty of space to drink a nice cuppa. Good for working or even meetings. They even have a drive through!? A good wide selection of coffees, pastries, sweets and plenty of Billy Goat Cafe merch to tempt you.

Store was extremely slow. Even slower then normal. Have had good experience here so I can't say anything bad. Everyone has an off day.

Super easy drive up experience. Ordered a cold brew coffee that tasted great without having to add anything to it, which is not always the case everywhere. Would stop by again!

My daughter and I traveled 45 minutes to check this place out and order our favorite coffees. We were greatly disappointed with our experience here. First off the girls working were not friendly or professional by any means. I asked for my receipt and she said it was too late to give me one. Then we heard the girl tell the other girl that they were out of large cups (which is what we ordered and payed for) and we were handed our drink NOT in a large cup and also not filled very full! It also stated that there was whipped cream(which we did not get!) then we noticed that there was ALOT of chocolate on the side of the cup and it tasted terrible! It was sooooo chocolatey and you could not taste the coffee at all what so ever! It was so bad that neither of us could even drink it! Before I left a review, I emailed the business as soon as we left there and have not heard anything back!

I ordered the ButterPecan Boba and I asked for coffee as my base for the drink.. I was taken back when I took my first sip and it was bitterly strong.. If I had known it was an unsweet drink I probably would not have gotten it.. So I drove 20-30 minutes home added some sugar and it was fantastic..

We went here for a coffee and ended up also getting a veggie quiche and a chocolate muffin. The muffin was good, and the quiche was good - though most of their quiches have pork. The atmosphere and the food was nice and brought this review up to 2 stars. The service was mediocre (the food was prepared and set on the counter but never notified us that it was ready). The coffee was awful. I ordered a double shot breve and it ended up tasting like a sweetened milk drink. Avoid the espresso drinks at all costs!

Food was great but the brewed coffee tasted preground / stale. Service was great. I had the keto biscuits and veggie Quiche and my husband had ste stake and egg sandwich with hashbrown casserole.

Went here with my husband to have pastries and coffee. I ended up making three purchases, one of which was over $40. The first two times a young man checked me out and didn't ask if I wanted a receipt. I didn't know they had a rewards program until the third purchase where a young lady checked me out. I inquired if I could put my previous two purchases towards the rewards program and she said sorry she couldn't help me with that. Well that just sucks!
The food was pretty good. But the service was less than desirable.
Went back a second time and was greeted by a girl with long reddish hair and glasses. When I completed my $26 order she simply walked away not flipping the screen or asking me if I wanted to receive or anything. I calmly waited 3 to 5 minutes before she walked back and I asked if I could have a receipt and she told me it was too late, she also told me it was too late to get rewards. The girl with a long brown hair also working tried to help me but ended up not being able to reconcile the situation although she spent a long time trying to help, I told her not to talk about it.
When I said thank you after picking up my order from the redhead she was silent.
