Dear Billy goat coffee. I am a doordasher. I am constantly getting orders from your restaurant delivering for 20 plus miles. No one in their right mind what accept these orders. We only make $2 an order with doordash and we rely on tips. Doordashers like to stay close by to make more money. I've had business before do what yall do. Which is deliver your own orders but when it's too far send it to doordash. Please just get rid of your doordash app. Everytime we decline an order it hurts are ratings. My ratings go down a lot after declining 10 Billy goat coffees a day. Doordashers every where are talking about this place and the insane orders we get. Thank you. I'm sure yall are a great business just please get rid of doordash. Singed every doordasher in mount juliet.

Good coffee and nice atmosphere. Only complaint is that their Wi-Fi is bad for a coffee shop. I would love to sit and work here, but can’t.
Update: I just tried this place again and tried to get on the Wi-Fi. They now have even more networks- I counted 8 Wi-Fi names that have some variation of the billy goat name. I asked an employee and they didn’t know which is the right one for guests.

Cute small place. Decent prices. However quiche is way too small, and the keto cupcake was dry and taste like corn bread. I had to order 2 more pieces of quiche to even feel satisfied. Cleaning should be done before or after hours. My fiance and I had to either be quiet or talk over the old man vacuuming, who then decided to clean it out on top of a table and not even wipe it down, (you could clearly see all the dirt and hair out of it) where shortly after a female came in and sat there to eat and work. Just disgusting. I wont be going back.

So glad to know this place is here. We have been here twice during our week visit, it’s so good! The prepared food is always fresh and hot. The biscuits are great, as anyone will tell you. They also have a few good gluten-free options. Billy Goat seems to be safe for Celiacs from what we’ve found. We’ve had the crustless quiche (gf), muffins (gf), pretzel sandwich, biscuit sandwiches, smoothies, and a latte. All are excellent! The staff is also fast and friendly.

I meet friends for coffee here and it is a great little local spot! Great service, good coffee, and so comfortable.

We ate here today, and I got two meat biscuits Togo, and a lot of other food. It looks like they microwaved the biscuit in the plastic container I'm assuming to melt the cheese??? The plastic had a melted, burnt hole in it, and my biscuit was extremely hard from being microwaved. It was not even edible. I could have just had a bad experience, but I literally wasted money eating here because I couldn't even eat my food. Please don't microwave biscuits inside plastic containers.

First off.... The dark roast is amazing here. It's nice to find a local coffee dig that doesn't "char" and burn their coffee. They have many milk substitutes including almond and soy and they offer gluten free goodies as well. Secondly, it's super cute and hip inside. Good seating, cozy dark "coffee shop" feel. Features awesome local art on the walls, fair trade items and a GIANT goat mural that explains the origin of the name (which is super awesome!!! ) Last and more importantly....service is SOO EPIC. They take the time to make your coffee shop delights correctly but also make a point to converse with you and acknowledge you're a human and not just a venti pound of flesh with money. I promise you'll be delighted.

The past few times I’ve been here there’s always been something slightly wrong with my order. Nothing as bad as this one though… this is supposed to be a blonde americano. It’s smells like peanut butter and it’s almost clear like a very weak tea. So confused…

I rarely leave reviews and have only left 5 star business reviews for others but felt our experience here warranted one. Went there today to get coffee and breakfast. We arrived at 11:30. There was no greeting upon entering (which is fine but not very welcoming). There were only two other families in the place and it look about 15-20 minutes to get our coffee and food, which was merely heated up pre made soufflé. We sat down and ate our food. It was fine…not the best but edible. Coffee was ok. Another couple with their child was in the middle of still eating there food when very abruptly the lights when out and the person behind the counter said, “we close at noon”. That was it. There was no politely saying, “hey, we close at noon so if you guys don’t mind we are going to start wrapping up”, or something close to that. They literally turned the lights out as the other family was eating their food and they had to pack it all up and bring it outside. I understand respecting closing times, however, this could have been handled very differently. We love to support local businesses, but we will definitely not be returning to Billy Goat coffee unfortunately.
