Fresh every time, but somehow never takes too long to be served. The staff always has positive attitudes and are happy to answer questions about the menu. Their reward system is the BOMB. Love supporting local. :)

My husband and I love to support local and have recently moved super close to Billy Goat. We've been frequenting Billy Goat for about a year now, and unfortunately, every time I go, I ask myself why... I want to love Billy Goat, but their coffee is not good at all. I have tried the caramel macchiato, dirty chai with oat milk, and an iced espresso with the brown sugar syrup (have had this one 4-5 times) and each of the drinks is just awful every time. Every time I go (bc it's right across the street from my house) I hope it will be better, but it never is... All of the coffee that I've had has a very fake, syrup-y taste that is just intolerable, and tastes nothing like coffee. I hope that sometime in the future they will improve their coffee. Also, the King's Hawaiian grilled cheese tasted like melted plastic- not exaggerating... not sure what is going on there.

We usually trek into downtown Nashville for tea/coffee, but decided to stay in town & try this place. Definitely worth it! The scones we got were good &, while the boba tea wasn’t super great quality (as we were cautioned), I really liked it because they let me order it without any sweetener or flavor. The booster tea my husband got was good, just be careful not to drink it too fast—the boost is real. We’ll be back though!

Stopped in to this coffee shop,as I prefer to support local. Unfortunately I was less than impressed to say the least. Both coffee's I ordered left a lot of room for improvement. As an individual who travels alot and is in and out of coffee shops many times a week, I feel as though I know good coffee. It is rare that coffee falls so far from expectation that I have to discard it on the way to another coffee shop, but in this instance I had to. With so many good reviews it is certainly possible that my experience is a rarity however, an experience nonetheless.

Very nice little cafe. We stumbled upon this place and were delighted with our experience. I had a caramel frappe and they did not skimp on the caramel! I was very pleased. We went inside but they also have a really convenient drive thru if you're in a rush. Lots and lots of baked goods and breakfast items if you're hungry as well. Skip the big guys and check this place out if you're in Mt. Juliet.

I started going to billy goat roughly 3 years ago mainly due to their large selection of keto friends foods. In the past, I’ve always had a great experience, unfortunately the level of service and food has gone way down since. The employees seem very clueless regarding the keto options and what is available. Often they even act borderline rude. Which is highly concerning from someone who follows a keto diet. The food (keto and regular) is very inconsistent and hit or miss most days and the service is very slow. I still try to give billy goat a chance due to the great experiences I’ve had throughout the years, hoping it will turn back around, but after my past handful of experiences I am not sure I will be retuning.

I have visited here once. The coffee was good. I struggled to find somewhere to plug my laptop in at all the tables with power were occupied. This was fairly popular for a small business, which proves that people like their product. For me they lacked the speciality offerings that other small coffee outlets provide. The WiFi was stable.

Possibly my new favorite cafe in/around the Nashville area. I have never seen so many sugar-free options for coffee. Additionally, they offer a pretty extensive keto menu with options for both sweet and savory food. The atmosphere is cozy. Even on a slightly busy Saturday morning, this place feels like a warm hug.
The only thing that slightly threw me off is when I asked what speciality coffees they offered (being my first time in), one barista replied by asking me if I was looking for Starbucks drinks. I wasn't. If I were looking for Starbucks drinks I would have gone to Starbucks.
Nonetheless, I will recommend and I will be back for more sugar-free lattes :)
No one working in the cafe wears a mask (one barista had hers on her chin). If you are immunocompromised or in general not comfortable yet with public settings, this may not be the place for you. My husband and I wore our masks just out of comfort.
