Tamp and Tap

I’m mixed on my review of Tamp and Tap. My cortado was decent to pretty good, but they offer “espresso shooters” that are some crazy concoctions. I tried the “Danny Trejo”. If you don’t like the flavor of espresso but you love drinking lukewarm concentrated lemon juice then that is the drink for you. In the words of Chris Traeger, “That was LITERALLY the worst coffee drink I’ve ever had”.

My group and I loved this place! The southwest burrito was delicious! Latte, lemonade and Hot Cocoa were incredible. Got a peanut butter cake that was also very yummy! Service was stellar. Can’t wait to go back next time we’re in town.

It's a cool spot, cool menu and love the super Nintendo...but the frowny, unhelpful and unfriendly staff makes me not want to go back again. Coffee slightly better than Starbucks. Atmosphere is depressing though... Say thanks to your customers and smile.

The Delta Eagle drink was delicious! Also this place had an SNES and NES!

This was a pleasant surprise. The coffee was amazing I got the Tennessean and a chicken burrito. They had an old school Nintendo there to play which was nostalgic for me. Took me right back to childhood. Not many options but what they had was good! It is a solid place.

As close to Cozy as I've seen in a long time. Not deep carpet, overstuffed chair, wood paneling, white apron cozy- but Tamp and Tap offers many crannies for you to find, sit and sip.
...Yeah. A relaxed, confident vibe where you can get your coffee-jitter on.

The food was delicious and the coffee was phenomenal. Not much bad I can say about the place, my only negative comment is that the portions of food are rather small. I got a breakfast burrito that I felt like was gone in 3-4 bites. Otherwise great spot, I would recommend trying it out, just maybe not if you’re hungry

Healthy breakfast options that are filling

Great service! My husband went to get coffees and breakfast for us both as we had limited options in our hotel. The Santa Fe burrito was awesome! The breakfast sandwiches were also great. He had the Delta and I had the mocha latte. Both great. We gave recommendations to other friends in town at the same time as well.

Downtown Memphis large seating area. Free wifi. Decent food and drink but a little pricey. Friendly staff.
