Cool little spot! Awesome candles and some fun gifts. Wish they had some more Memphis specific stuff! Coffee options were amazing and staff was very friendly.

I buy pounds of grain coffee and coffee on a regular bases. However, some baristas are quite unfriendly and full of themselves. Ordered a cappuccino but since it was late, I asked to only use half of the expresso shot. I was paying for the full thing. The barista said they didn’t do that. So I told her I would take the expresso on the side so I could do it myself but she said and I quote, “that’s weird”. So when a business acts like they doing you a favor while you spend your money, is not a good sign. I will take the few hundreds of dollars I spend in coffee to the hub.

Not “yay coffee”, more like “nay coffee”. The retail side of the shop was unique and interesting. We enjoyed that a lot. Things went downhill when we headed to the coffee side. The shop was not busy at all. We wanted to order a normal latte with cinnamon (very standard drink across all coffee shops - and believe me, we’ve tried MANY shops across the USA). We were told that there was no cinnamon to add. We were fine with it, and we placed our order. When it was made, the guy set our drinks down and called our name. When we walked up, we asked “which one is the pumperjack latte and which is the unsweetened latte?” He looked at them and looked back at us and said, “I don’t know”. We stared at him for a second. He said “I think maybe the unsweetened had more coffee in it.” He had just made them. And he forgot. And it wasn’t like there were tons of people or a high demand or a lot of pressure. And he couldn’t tell us which was which. And he didn’t really seem to care at all, or put any effort into figuring it out. He just left us to sort it out ourselves. Generally too, the employees seemed like they didn’t enjoy their work. It just felt cold and uncomfortable in there. Friendliness is so key to a customer experience in my opinion, especially in a coffee shop. Coffee shops are more community driven and interpersonal experience based. It can make or break a shop. I personally wouldn’t go back, and would prefer to give my business to Comeback Coffee. I’d encourage you to do the same.

Second time here, because I was in the area and forgot the first experience. Zero customizations available. They have no cinnamon for the cappuccino. Caramel is only available on the one drink they advertise it in. Cute spot, but sorely lacking in customer service. You take it off the menu or not. How do you take your coffee? Here it is however they want.

Nice hipster coffee place. I enjoyed the coffee and the local. Quirky attached shop with some fun gift ideas, would visit again if I was in the area but probably wouldn't make a special trip.

Nice coffee shop attached to the shop next door. Open and airy with minimal seating. The coffee is excellent and the barista was both knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Strongly recommend.

Unique coffee drinks you can sip while shopping in a perfect boutique filled with wonderful things you never knew you needed. Also can we take a moment to respect that cool black wall.

Love their drinks! They have unique seasonal drinks that always taste great! I love to go and check out their new drinks. The staff is always super nice and has great tasting coffee! Shopping and coffee in one location. Plus, they have an amazing patio that's dog friendly. Come chill and shop. Fun gift ideas for yourself or others. Friendly and helpful staff! As they like to say, "all the coffees!"
