The house made mocha is 🔥 and 🐮 free, although be sure to have em hold the whipped cream. The day a coffee shop plops some CocoWhip in my Mocha is the day I stop traveling and move to this imaginary town that will never exist 🌈 anyways UM's has plenty of parking, cute and helpful baristas, nice indoor and outdoor patio for working and the town has free wifi. So glad I took a detour to hit this place rather than a Dunkin.

I am a huge supporter of local coffee shops. I try to visit one whenever I travel.
The Ugly Mug is by far the best spot near the Lenoir City and Loudon area. A cozy, homey feel, this coffee shop makes you feel at home.
I have had the full moon latte, a cortado, their light roast coffee, and the lemon blueberry biscuit. My favorites have been the full moon latte and the lemon blueberry biscuit. You DO NOT want to miss out on these! There's a reason they're popular and recommended!
The music is at a good volume, however, if you're coming to work, you have to snag the table in the corner as it's one of the only places with an outlet.
Overall, a fantastic place for a meet up with a friend or just passing through (they even have a drive-thru!!)

Very friendly and helpful employees. I had a large hot butternoon latte half syrup and a cherry almond scone. Both very delicious! My latte was HOT! So hot I had to wait to drink it... which I love. Usually at places like honeybee or kbrew you get a tepid latte barely warm enough to drink, and I can't drink very hot things. The price was just under $10 before tip. I will definately return to try some more food and drinks.

I love this place. The food is delicious, drinks are amazing, customer service is amazing, and the place is always clean. I come here a week to week basis. Would highly recommend.

Stopped in just passing through and looking for some breakfast, we saw the sign from the corner and turned in! Partner had the Sea Salt Caramel Latte, I had the Ugly Mug Mocha and they were delicious! Had a bagel breakfast sandwich and bacon & egg on Texas toast and really enjoyed! Thank you so much!!

Sea Salt Caramel Latte (hot) was excellent! Definitely on the sweeter side so don't be surprised by that. Cute shop, small indoor seating area with some outdoor for nicer days. Also has a drive thru.

I did not try any pastries on my first trip but they looked delicious.
