What a fantastic find. Some of the best coffee you will find and some unique flavors. Check out their Blue Suede and Full Moon flavors. Their breakfast sandwiches are full of deliciousness too!

First time here. Great cold brew, prepared exactly as I requested. Lemon blueberry biscuits are too tasty for mere words! I appreciated the friendly employees, too. Will definitely return.

If I could give this place 5 more stars I would. My wife and I just got breakfast and a couple coffees and oh my god they were amazing. The coffee here is on a completely different level than other places. Absolute perfection is all I can say. And the food, don't get me started on the food. 10 out of 10 definitely coming back here.

Fair Trade organic coffee, locally roasted out of Memphis TN, and brewed in the beautiful historic downtown Lenoir City! Great small plate lunches, and amazing Nitro Brew! mmmmmm

My whole family loves Ugly Mug!! We especially love the bagel breakfast sandwiches and the lattes as treats. My kids love the frappes. Their drip coffee and iced coffee are both wonderful, as well. They do get busy sometimes but the quality is so much better than other places we don’t mind at all!!
