Super yummy! We ordered the strawberry and banana smoothie, white chocolate hot coffee, vanilla frap, and ugly roll. Everything was delicious! Sweet employees and prompt! We will be visiting again very soon!

Great little place, a hidden gem. We have been going for some time, they keep improving everything we go there. We are close to being regulars...

This is the third time in the past month that I have had to ask that my drink be remade and had your staff argue with me instead of just remaking it after waiting in the drive thru for 10-20 minutes. I order an orange mint lemonade, and on all three of these occasions, your staff has tried to give me plain lemonade and insisted that it had the infusion in it despite the taste and color being completely wrong. The girl who made my drink today literally yelled from the other side of the store at me insisting that the drink was made right when I asked the guy at the window to remake it. As much as I love supporting small local businesses, I am so sick and tired of your staff arguing with me and getting an attitude with me when I politely ask that my drink be remade. I have tried to give you guys the benefit of a doubt, but this is just ridiculous.

Great coffee! Little pricey but well worth it! Still less than starbucks and I personally think it is much better. Plus the employees are very nice and happy to be there.

Sweet, fun, friendly atmosphere. The coffee is not as good as some other privately owned local places like the empty cup or City Java but it's pretty good, much better than big chains like Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts, plus the experience is very pleasent.

Nice little coffee shop with a drive thru to make it quick and convenient. Rather support places like this over dunkin and Starbucks any day.

The wife and I this is a third maybe fourth trip to ugly mug coffee shop and it's nice to come into a place and see people smiling at you and greeting you.

Starbucks could take a lesson from these people.

The staff was great, the hot chocolate was the best I have had from anywhere in a long time. They were so helpful in allowing my Girl Scout troop to set up a booth.
