Sunago Coffee

Great coffee, atmosphere, and people. I have been hearing about Sunago all week, and finally had the chance to try it. Couldn’t recommend them more.

My Fiancé and I love this coffee shop! They have the best coffee for the best price! They are always friendly and kind! Highly recommend!

Visiting Knoxville for a short little getaway and of course had to find a great local coffee shop. Our lattes were super yummy and the perfect amount of sweetness. It was a busy Saturday morning so there was a little bit of the wait but the baristas were working super hard and did a great job getting everyone’s order out in a timely manner. We will definitely come back the next time we visit!

This is easily one of the best atmospheres and coolest locations in Knoxville. All of the baristas and staff members were super friendly, and the drinks are amazing. The prices are reasonable. They've only been officially open for 2 days, and I've been there twice. They have board games if you come with a group of people that let you borrow. They have lots of pastry options, ice cream, and of course a ton of delicious coffee-based drinks. If you have a small event you can rent their conference room. It's an overall awesome experience!!!

I live about 2 mins away from here and they opened just as I was needing a place to study! This is the best atmosphere for studying. The smells, the ambiance, the table options, plenty of outlets, and GREAT food options for quick bites for breakfast and lunch, as well as staying open until later, all in all I will continue coming here for as long as I’m here! This is my new go to study spot! They also support local businesses , which is awesome

Atmosphere is great! I've been in twice both times kind of in a hurry. But this is the kind of place you want to go with friends and hang out. Staff is amazing, friendly and super helpful! This is not your chain coffee shop!

This place is terrific! Love the campfire blend and French press, and my wife really likes the potential brain freeze with coffee and chocolate chip frap. Great atmosphere, cool woodwork, friendly staff, and like how they offer goods from local makers. Our favorite only-in-Knoxville coffee shop for sure.

I want to give this place a higher review because I want to support local but the service is not good like...at all. All the baristas who i've interacted with are very nice EXCEPT whoever works the register. They are so slow and inefficient when it comes to taking orders there's always a long line. For example if my fiance and I order 2 different pastries there is no need to put my name on my order and his name on his esp if we are paying together. They will forgot the orders easily even though I just said it, and even then when they put in the order it takes a long time. There's always a super long line and it's only because the person in charge of the register is just so soooo slow. The people who make the coffee are somewhat quick which makes up for it a little bit.
The first few times I have been there I got their ice latte which is great! But this time I got the ice matcha latte and it was so bad - they use Tazo matcha flavoring so there's no matcha in the drink whatsoever (if you're looking for a good ice matcha latte I really recommend honeybee bc they use real matcha in their drinks).

The pastries are really good! My favorite is the bagel and pastelitos! The gf muffin I would not recommend as it was super dry.
The place itself is very cute, very spacious and a great place for studying with lots of desks!

Overall, yes I will come back here because it is very conveniently located to me and I want to support a local business, their coffee drinks (not the matcha drinks), and pastries are good. BUT when you go you need to expect to be there 20+ min just to get your order.
