Madeleine - French Bakery

Great little place. Loved the ambiance and decor. I forgot to take a photo. The Omelette & Baguettes, Madeline Cookies, & the Berry Cheesecake was super delicious!! Excellent Customer Service!

Great place to hangout and get some food. But for someone with a large appetite, it's not very filling.
We had the French onion soup, fruit cup, caramelo crepe, bacon and egg plate, and macaroons. All was very good.

Wonderful gem in Clarksville to get sweet and savory crepes, macarons, and coffee. Great breakfast or brunch!

Wow! We're so glad we decided to check this place out. My husband and I happened by it and decided to give it a go, and we've been madly in love ever since. We'd probably try to eat here every day if we could. The food is wonderful, the desserts are sublime, the atmosphere is adorable, and the staff is super friendly. This is already an all time favorite, and we will definitely become regulars.

They have a nice selection of sweet treats and coffees. The staff are more than pleasant and quite helpful. We only had desserts and coffee this time. The latte and almond croissant were fantastic! My daughter really liked her blueberry turnover, as well. We got some macaroons and tarts for friends when we left because we had to spread some of the love. Happy to have found this place!

Great location and attractive desserts, but lunch was lacking.

Review is for food and service. This location is clearly short staffed with only 1 person running the bakery, kitchen, coffee bar, cashier, and busing. As a result of the neglect, the quality of food was sub-standard. The owners need to do a better job at quality control and maintaining a kitchen with quality ingredients.

I tried ordering the vegetarian crepe but was told that there was no ratatouille because the eggplants in the kitchen had gone bad. My friend was warned earlier that the lettuce for the salads had also turned. All of this should have been a sign but the lone staff member was at least nice.

I was told that she could substitute the spinach and tomatoes in the Greek Crepe to stuff the vegetarian crepe. I gave it a try but was charged the full Greek Crepe price though I had no protein. Everything in the sparse crepe was raw. Raw onions, cold strands of parmesan, less than a dozen leaves of spinach. Unacceptable.

My friend's crepe which she asked for without tomato and onions was full of them but missing cheese and had two deli meat slices of meat. Lackluster and again unacceptable. Not worth raising it to the only staff member on duty. The ingredients were questionable and I didn't dare waste more money and food waste on the desserts. I wanted to like this place but was not happy.

On the up side, my other friend's sandwich, the croque madame, at least looked better.

Love Madeleine's. They play French Cafe music and the Turkey on a croissant with a side salad was really good. All of their cheesecakes and pastries look amazing. Can't wait to go back.

My fiancée and I absolutely love this place. The savory and sweet crepes are both amazing! The Cuban sandwich is tasty as well. My fiancée and I are both from Florida and know our way around a Cuban sandwich. I would highly recommend this place due to the quality of their product and how well their service is. Also, they are doing dine in again. Come down and get a coffee and check it out for yourself

Customer service is amazing and everyone is so nice. Food and bakes are amazingly good.

Update 7/18/19 Went back one last time as we just love the food! The employee is no longer there and the service was outstanding and the food just as fabulous as we remembered!

Loved this place and the food until our last two encounters. The blond lady cooking and taking orders is extremely rude and disrespectful and we (a party of 6) walked out after ordering. We tried again hoping she would not be there and she had the same tone and rudeness as last time. This is sad the owners are allowing this lady to ruin their business.
