Jacobs Brewhouse & Grocer

My dinner of pork belly and scallops was great. My gf accidentaly ordered the flank steak special. Thought the waitress said filet mignon. Her flank steak was horrible.

This has to be some of the best salmon I've ever had here. I couldn't stop eating it. My wife had the fish and chips and she said it reminded her of being in London. Some of the best fish and chips we have had in the United States.

The food here was great! The menu is small, but what they serve is delicious. Now let's talk about the owner... what a great guy! He saw my kids drawing at the table and stopped by to tell us about his love of art. Then he told us he saved 2 coloring books he created at his gallery down the street. He even signed them for the kids!! What a great person who truly understands costumer service! It totally made the kids day and it's an experience they will never forget!

Great food and drinks. Staff was very attentive and speedy. Food was great - ordered the brisket bbq. Definitely have a cheat day and order fries are good. Prices slightly high but think that’s just deadwood pricing. Venue is very cool too!

We loved it so much last night, we came back for lunch and drinks! Our waitress is fabulous.

Great food and awesome atmosphere. The service was ok. It could use a little work all around including the brewery. I will admit it is summer and they were busy. Will absolutely eat here again.

Seems like a great place to eat. But we went during peak hours so didnt get the full experience.

This place did not disappoint that’s for sure. We were recommended Jacob’s Brewhouse by a local & glad we listened. Don’t let the small menu fool you though. Everything we ate there was delicious from the PB&J with homemade apricot jelly to the smoked pork steak. Staff was super friendly & attentive we never felt like we were having to ask for the obvious things.

We were delighted to find Jacobs! The cocktails and food were delicious in a family-appropriate atmosphere (a rare find in Deadwood). Our Server was friendly and efficient and had great interaction with our ten year old. The decor and grocery store portion had a rustic feel and wonderful selections. Plus, no gambling!!

Gorgeous and spacious building with beautiful decor. My cocktail was incredible and smelled like a bonfire, believe it or not. Sadly, I can't remember what it was called but it was a whiskey drink.
