Everything was delicious and fresh although food seemed a bit overpriced. I got the Greek salad with shrimp - would order again.

Very sweet place! Menu has a wide range of delicious options. The smoothie was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful and patient. Everything was great and the outdoor seating was a nice place to have breakfast.

They have the BEST Greek salad in Charleston! Hands down. So fresh and full of flavor with sliced almonds, crisp mixed greens, tomatoes, kalamata olives, feta cheese, a delicious lite lemon vinaigrette dressing. This is my new go to place for healthy and fresh food and it is locally owned which is so important to me. If you like healthy food options that sources all produce locally then this place is a must visit cafe. The decor is charming as well. Highly recommend!! I will return again and again!

Food was good. Called beforehand due to a dairy allergy and was told all vegan food was labeled on the menu. Was told accommodations could be made. When we arrived, there was no vegan breakfast so ordered off the lunch menu and took the servers suggestion which was a Korean noodle dish that could be vegan and gluten free, but I did add chicken. It was very good so I was not disappointed.

What a wonderful find! Had the mixed berry pancakes. Yum! Great coffee, nice people. A gem.

The food was very good. Good flavor and fresh. So glad I found it!

Subpar food and service.
Walked in the door to two staff members who couldn't be bothered, having their own conversation. We were the only people in the place and food took over 25 minutes. "Potato hash" was just soggy potato wedges.

This is a good place to grab something healthy. The food tasted good. The service was good, too. The layout of the place is very odd.

The Gathering Cafe offers healthy (delicious) dishes at reasonable prices. Cool atmosphere with friendly service. Definitely try the Curry dish with shrimp.

I will start with some positives. Most of the food at our table was very good. The potatoes were outstanding. I loved the sweet potatoes in there. The iced tea..unsweet was superb. There were only a couple tables. Waitress was very nice, but service was a little slow. Lacking the fifth star for the following: place smelled. It was either a dirty mop that did the floor or something else. Smelled almost like urine. And the hollandaise sauce had no flavor.
The place was clean, just that smell.

I would go back again, but I wouldn't get the eggs benedict.
