When it's crowded you can hardly hear yourself think. The excellent food, drinks and staff make up for it.

I often go here to read my Bible in the morning or have a lunch meeting when I want to get out of the office. The location is right off of 123 and it is a great place to go. The coffee is Methodical coffee which is delicious. The menu is more like that of a tapas bar but the food is great. They do a great job catering as well.

My initial experience with this restaurant was a good one but now I've been back two other times and both times the food was very bad and the service was even worse. I'm convinced after this last time going there with a party of nine people that I will never go back there again.I don't know why but it seems like whenever you go there on a Friday or Saturday the servers cannot keep up with people and you're left sitting there needing either or drink refill or something that they didn't bring the first time and you're basically just sitting there waiting waiting waiting.

The customer service was great. The food was very good. My husband has a hard time with most places because he doesn't like their grits, but he really liked everything. I don't eat certain things and they had no problem modifying my meal to accommodate me. The prices are a little high but it really was worth it.

I love this place! I’ve tried a variety of meals and everything has been delicious. Even my picky toddler has enjoyed everything! This is my favorite spot to come in to sit and do some work and enjoy a great coffee.

Had breakfast here today. It was amazing! Everything is fresh and local. BEST avocado toast I ever had. I had my avocado toast vegan, by asking for no honey. The coffee is excellent too. The girl at the counter was super nice. Cozy atmosphere w/ fresh flowers on the table. The everything bagels are amazing also. Can't wait to go back.

Absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is very welcoming and farm house style. Great food. Family got waffles which were like funnel cakes, yummy. Chorizo tacos also great. Granola and everything bagel which we light and very good. And the omelette which had a ton of meat and potatoes were a good compliment. Great experience and will come back when in town again. Keep being awesome.

Service was excellent and food was great. As was the coffee. I’ve never had such an affordable avocado toast. And to top it off, it was a massive portion and so delicious. I feel silly now for not getting her name but the woman whom I’d assume was the manager was so personable and took great care of us as we stopped in on our road trip.

What a wonderful breakfast menu! I had the Black Bean & Harissa-Roasted Veggie Bowl, and my wife had the Omelette. Both were prepared and served quickly. Our latte's were beautifully presented, and delicious! We walked in a few minutes after 8 on a Tuesday morning, and were walking out at 8:45. When we arrived, there were 2 other tables occupied. When we left, there were about 8 tables occupied. What a fantastic find! Highly recommend the 313 Café!

We were looking for a new spot to eat when visiting Lake Hartwell and were so happy to stumble upon this place! The decorations inside were great, and they have a lovely fresh menu. We each got something different and everything was delicious. I had the shrimp tacos, my husband got the black bean burger and the in-laws had salad and a pizza. Great classic cocktail selection and beer menu, including rotating drafts and bottles. Will definitely be coming back here again!
