This place checks the box for “cozy coffee shop”. Didn’t hurt it was a rainy morning. The breakfast was tasty. I had an omelet that hit the spot, and I’m not a waffle lover but tasted my wife’s waffle (that sounds like innuendo) and will be getting the waffle next time.

The atmosphere in here was not warm and welcoming and the temperature was chilly. I would have liked something more welcoming and warm, especially for breakfast. The food was good but there were some inconsistencies. The menu said fresh squeezed orange juice but right after we ordered it we watched the guy behind the counter pull out a branded gallon jug of OJ and pour into our glasses. The waffles said “fresh fruit” but were clearly canned or frozen blueberries. I don’t mind branded OJ or frozen/canned fruit I just wish the menu was honest about it.

First time customer, and I WILL be back! Super cute vibe, delicious sandwiches and pastries, amazing coffee drinks. I was thoroughly impressed!

I love this place! The food and the coffee are delicious. 10/10. The only thing I would suggest is that they could serve seasonal specials but that’s just personal preference.

Cute little cafe with really fresh food. I had a chicken avacado and quinoa salad with matcha dressing. It was yummy but I found it to be a little salty (maybe from the feta cheese) and I am salt sensitive. I just ate around the feta and the salad was really nice. I'd order it again.
I also had a Sexy Mexican aka a Spicy Mexican Chocolate coffee. It was nice but I found it to get a little to sweet (for me) the more I drank it, but the flavor profile was spot on.
The setting is communal and food came out quickly. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I happened upon this spot when searching for something "fresh" during my work visit. Seneca and Clemson are loaded with fast food and "heavy" foods. This was a welcome find and I'll happily visit again.

Good place to stop in for some higher quality, but unpretentious food. Service was very friendly. Desert is it a must.

Even though there wasn't many people in the restaurant, a single loud table makes the entire room uncomfortably loud. On a comfortable day, I recommend their outdoor dining which is surrounded by pots with herbs.

This is my favorite restaurant in Seneca, SC. They use farm fresh produce, and their dishes are creative and very tasty. I went here over and over again during my stay. The owners are super nice as well.

HomeSmiths - William & Alison Smith

We were looking for a local option for a late lunch after a showing. Alison picked the wrap, and I got the chicken nachos. Both were good for a quick bite. The waitstaff was friendly and the eating area was clean.

Food was great, coffee was better. Posted pic is called the Sexy Mexican-Spicy! Food seems to be locally sourced and the atmosphere is farm chic/upscale. Juices, and whipped cream for the one-of-a-kind waffles are freshly squeezed and freshly churned. Only complaint is that the food cost to proportion is a little disparate. otherwise, the staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean.

Amazing! Really neat place. Coffee drinks were exceptional (see photos), staff was awesome.
Highly recommend for coffee. We didn't have food but I'm sure it's just as good.
