I’ve been there several times now and I am equally impressed every time I go. I haven’t tried everything on the menu but I can vouch for just about everything on the breakfast menu. The customer service is great. I will continue to be a repeat customer

Went on a date night with my wife to 313 last night. We had never been before. Very pleased. The food was great and not too expensive. The staff was very friendly. And the live music was great (chill acoustic guitar playing & singing... great talented singers). We will be back for more date nights.

They have a variety of food choices. Four of us went and all of us got something different. All very good. Our appetizer was a charcuterie board. If you want a place to go with a lot of atmosphere I would pass on 313. It was loud with only a few people in there. I gave it a 4 star though because the food was so good.

We have visited now for both coffee and food. Highly recommend the shrimp tacos - they are great! They have a good atmosphere and they even had a projector screen that allowed us to watch a football game while eating the other weekend. It's so close to the movie theater that it makes for a great dinner spot before going to see a movie. The décor is also very cool & modern.

Visiting the area for work and decided to stop in for shrimp tacos since they were being raved about in reviews. Absolutely disgusting. Not only were the 3 small shrimp on the taco rubbery and overcooked, but they also put MOLDY avocados on them.
I also ordered a side of queso and chips. It taste like nacho cheese that comes in a can.
I’ve never been so disappointed with a $20 meal. Straight to the trash.

Great place for after workout friends meeting up to enjoy coffee. Delicious omelette.

One of our favorite places to go in Seneca. I love the Chai Latte and I am pretty particular. Service has always been great for us. I have enjoyed a moment of tranquility with breakfast and lunch here with my wife. Definitely an oasis and Leslie is always finding some new delight.

Over the top customer service! The lady serving us was so friendly and helpful! She also gave us a free birthday treat when she overhead us talking about celebrating a birthday. Delicious dessert and coffee drinks!

Lunch was quick and delicious. Absolutely hit the spot!
