Usually I love Krispy Kreme. At this location the “Hot Now” sign was illuminated, but when I entered the store, the conveyor belt was not running nor had it been… the doughnuts served had been microwaved.

Huge disappointment. We went because the hot sign was on. We order 2 hot doughnuts and several others. Not only were the "hot" glazed donuts cold, but they were also dry. Nothing like a real KK doughnut. What a disappointing start to vacation. If you don't have hot originals, please turn off your sign and let people know that it is not available when they order.

Door was locked and employees said they were closed at 5 in the afternoon but when I ordered through DoorDash my order was able to be picked up and delivered. Absolutely ridiculous. I usually love Krispy Kreme’s and they have wonderful service but this one is just either poorly managed or the employees are breaking rules.

The donuts of course are awesome as always! Very fresh and delicious and nobody can compare to Krispy Kreme donuts! However, this review is a reflection of this specific location. The location its self needs to be updated. It looks very run down and it could be updated for sure, it just had a dirty look to it and not very welcoming. The service was the big reason for this review! The service itself was a one star. She was not polite, friendly or welcoming. She seemed all over the place and it wasn’t even busy at all. She was giving out incorrect change to a customer ahead of us and wasn’t apologetic at all. Nobody in this location seemed to want to be bothered besides one man in the back who seemed to be working hard. Service could definitely be better 100%!

Management needs to reevaluate their employees. Rudeness and denying services to customers is unacceptable. Was told they don't make Lattes after a certain time, it was 8 pm. Went down the road to another location and was told that was a lie, all drinks are made all day and night, open to close. Will not be going back to this location!

Friendly staff. Excellent gentleman at the counter that took great care of us. Great donuts. Super clean. Plus you can see the donuts being made thru the glass windows. 5 stars for sure

These donuts were different than other KK donuts. The dough was thicker (less airy), but not dry. They were freshly made hot (the glaze hadn't frosted yet) vs made 15 mins & sitting under a warmer.

My fiancé and I saw the hot and ready sign on and decided to come in for some donuts. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had in a Krispy Kreme. The woman “serving” us if you could even call it that seemed like she would rather be anywhere else than work. She never once looked at us and completely ignored any questions we asked. And she didn’t even give us glazed donuts that were hot! The reason we came in in the first place! Got to a different location this one isn’t worth your time.
