I've never been disappointed by a Krispy Kreme until now. We got "hot" donuts then had to wait for somebody to come check us out. Seemed like the one person that had an open register was in the back and wouldn't come do their job. Finally got checked out. Donuts weren't hot. They were really small too. Flavor was different. Even microwaving them a few seconds didnt help. Milk was warm and tasted weird. We ended up throwing most of the donuts away..

If a locations hours are 11:00 PM, 12:00 AM, etc., then they should stay open until then. This location specifically closed before their scheduled closing time, by about an hour. The workers inside ignoring the people pulling up and trying to walk inside. The unprofessionalism displayed will make me rethink this entire brand. I'd call before you travel to this store later in the evening. Or better yet drive up the street to a different vendor open 24 hrs.

Don’t let the “Hot Sign” at this location fool you. This location is no longer cooking the donuts on site. The person at the register said the donuts are cooked at a different location now and when the hot light is on they warm the donuts back up for you so they are “hot”. Very deceiving and disappointing for Krispy Kreme and the freshness you expect for a fresh “Hot Sign” donut you are stopping for.

NEGATIVE 2 STARS. First the closing time needs to be adjusted on the website. Second we had no idea that it was closing time due to other customers being there. The 2 employees who were there, one male running the front and a lady guarding the door were not very polite at all. We purchased a half dozen assorted doughnuts, which I have always known to be a set price. We were charged for EACH individual doughnut. THEN, we ordered 2 regular medium coffees. There was no coffee at all. Employee acted upset when he had to brew some. Well he was in a hurry so he didn't wait for the whole urn to brew. That was the nastiest coffee I have ever had. I asked for cream and extra sugar, I was handed a coffee black!!! My husband also had this experience. Needless to say I have never been treated with such disrespect. If anything I understand wanting to get off work on time, I'm an EMT. I hope this never happens again!!!!

The woman working the front would have to speed up to be stopped. Could not multitask. Like walk and and hear at the same time. We drive to the beach a lot of times just for krispy kreme. Yet tonight we left without the donuts.

When the red lights on you gotta stop!!! After a morning of walking on the beach and headed to our next vacation destination ( the mountains ) my oldest saw the sign for Krispy cream. My husband made the fastest u-turn I had ever seen.
Hot glazed Donuts is what he wanted, the girls picked their favorites and each got a hat. So good no manner where you go. Restaurant was clean and busy. Reasonably priced. Will we come back? absolutely!!!

Worse service ever. Had a coupon and she charged to charge me extra because she couldn’t read the coupon and she became upset. When I ordered my large hot chocolates, she handed me medium instead after I paid for larges. Won’t go back again!!!! Check your receipt before you leave the store!

Hot and now sign was on and no donut chain was going (assumed they were just running a line we couldnt see) Bought a dozen glazed and assorted. The dozen glazed tasted like they were reheated and then reglazed. They don't even look right in the box.
Worst glazed donuts I have ever had. Worse than buying in the grocery store or eating several days old.
Krispy kreme corporate needs to step in and stop this. We picked this store over the north kings drive store because the sign was on.
Per krispy kreme website: Our Hot Light means we are making fresh, hot doughnuts in store!
Doesn't mean that at this store! Very disappointed in this dishonest business practice.

Visited this KK anout 7p and was told all they have is the half empty display case...of the least ordered doughnuts...some (not hot) glazed, no chocolate glazed, none of the standards. I asked when they planned to have doughnuts and was told it would be tomorrow because they're cook was out. REALLY????? It's Krispy Kreme with no doughnuts.
