If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered our donuts and was waiting. Figured we got missed when people who ordered after us got theirs and left. Asked about the order and then waited more. When they finally handed me my donuts the cashier rudely stated ya'll need to have patience. I said I have patience was just asking where my food was so I wasn't missed and she told me Fu** you and bye. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE MANNERS.

I placed my order online. Gave them ample time to prepare it before I showed up. I get there and it's not ready. No biggie She pulled the ticket. Looked at my order and started preparing. I sit and wait. She gets it to me, and once I get home there is nothing in the box I asked for. She literally looked at the things I asked for and threw other stuff in the box. They didn't even think to ask if I wanted to substitute anything. Really Krispy Kreme....Is this customer service!!

What can I say, always a great place for a sugar fix! Regular donuts great, still warm. Tried fruit filled, needed plenty of napkins when first bite oozed out, great!

No service at all stood there as long as my knees would let no one ever came to register to take my order. So I finally just left. That’s what the workers want you know. The Less customers the less work for them

The customer service was below average. It was only one young lady working the counter who appeared to be new because she was not able to make a customer a Latte and the customer was not happy. She let them know that she had not been trained how to make it.. Eventually a small/short lady came from back to Assist she was rushing and not taking care of one customer at a time. I think some in-service training is needed. The donuts were fresh and tasty.

Worse service ever. Krispy Kreme sent out email for dozen chocolate glazed today only $6.99. So we sent our daughter to get some. After driving 45 min to one store only to find out that it was closed for maintenance so she figured what the heck I’ll drive another 15 mins since she’s already down that way. She orders, show them the coupon, they proceeded to tell her that she had to get another dozen. Being young she did. She walked out of the with a dozen chocolate and another dozen glazed for $18. When we called to question them they argued on the phone with my husband. We told her to take them back in and get her money. They could even do that. They continued to argue with her and wouldn’t give her back her money. Told her she has to come back in the morning to talk with a manager. Beware of sending in young teens because they will do their best to take advantage of them.

The Hot and Fresh sign was lit up, so we couldn't just drive by. 12 donuts, 4 people, and the donuts were gone before we returned to our hotel. They were simply delicious.

Ordered online. When I got there way after the time I was supposed to pick them up. My order was still not ready. I was watching her fill my box and she was just putting whatever she wanted to in my box. I pointed out that some that she put in my box I didn't order. Very disappointed. I understand that they run out of donuts but she could've ask me what I wanted.

People at the drive through were SO rude when I was ordering. Told them to forget it and went down the street to the other location. These people should not have been let out of their house, let alone working in a customer service type of position. Absolutely disgusting humans.

Never been in a Krispy Kreme. You can watch the donuts being made and they have such a variety but of course it's the original glazed that we're there for. They give a fun hat with purchase and move along the long lines swiftly. Giving you quick access to your freshly made sweet sugary goodness just in time not to drool in public. Mmmmm... will be back.
