Krispy Kreme

Not fresh doughnuts make me sad.

The light was on, so donuts were hot and fresh. The cashiers were very nice ladies. The guy who prepared the donuts didn't have gloves on though. He used a stick figure to package the donuts but still should be wearing gloves.

Amazing donuts some may say best in the US. It was a nice flashback to the times when Indiana used to have one. I missed having these donuts fresh. If you see the HOT sign on, you better stop in and get some, because there is nothing like a melt in your mouth fresh made Krispy Kreme. We bought 4 dozen in the 7 days we were here. I will settle for the speedway and grocery store Krispy Kreme's back in Indy but will certainly miss the availability of fresh made!

6 chocolate donuts. Missing 2 out 3 carnival flavor. No communication and paid the carnival price. Never again

We put in a mobile order about 20 minutes before arriving. After arriving it was apparent they were understaffed at 8 am. I waited in line because there is no mobile other pickup place. Told the first guy I had a mobile order and he said the other lady handles those. After continuing to wait in line I got to the front counter and another worker asked to help me. Again they said the other lady does mobile orders. Finally that lady came over and I told her our name. She then disappeared for 15 minutes and finally got our 2 dozen donuts. I think this all explains the rating. (All the while I counted at least 10 customers that were walk ins that got in and out before I received my mobile order.)

Gave us 10 donuts instead of a dozen and didnt even bother to tell us or fix it. When we went back to get the 2 donuts we paid for they were rude and brought our box to the back for almost 5 minutes even though we just wanted the 2 donuts we had already paid and had a receipt for. Probably spit in the box or something and did not even apologize for messing up our order. Overall disgusting experience and slow service on top of that, don’t waste your time here.

These donuts were amazing!

Great doughnuts with lots of variety but I only go for the hot glazed ones. You can’t go wrong at Krispy Kreme my friends.

We have visited this particular one on and off over the years. On this visit (Saturday) there was at least 5 workers in there and AFTER I placed my order, it seemed they all were just standing there at the front and I was the LAST person to place an order for 2 dozen originals. NOONE ELSE IN THE STORE AT THIS POINT, only 2 other customers in front of me when I walked in and one just wanted a drink. I waited for OVER 10 minutes, lady asked the young guy in the back were my donuts was and then shook her head! ALL WORKERS HAD BEEN STANDING THERE talking, one on the phone, one even walked out to a car and got her apron. By the looks of the floor and the crumbs etc in the milk case they should be cleaning instead of hanging out, JS. Management needs to tighten up obviously.
By that point my husband walked in wanting to know why it was taking so long and it was dead in there.Mind you the hot light was on and when I was handed the boxes they were not even warm, if they are not hot the light should not be on. We have noticed the light is always on here though so they should ALWAYS be hot then???!!! If not someone needs to learn to turn the light off. These were the worst donuts we have ever gotten from there, they were cakey like not airy like we are used to Krispy Kreme hot donuts being. After coming home usually our family eats them up, they didn't even like them. Now it's Tuesday and we have an entire dozen left...WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. We will go to another establishment from now on.
These are definitely not up to the Krispy Kreme standard we are used to.

I'm a fan of a different donut chain and only went here cause I was out-voted. Seeing donuts made is fun though.
