Bagel Factory

Used to be great service and food. After my last order I can’t order from there anymore. Ordered a sesame bagel toasted with extra cream cheese and crispy bacon. Got the bagel with hardly any cream cheese, not toasted, and undercooked bacon. Called to complain and the lady didn’t seem to care just told me she would send me a new one. It’s also unpleasant to sit an enjoy eating here as the blonde lady is always complaining about something very loudly.

Stopped by here on the way back home to Charlotte and could not have been more pleased. It’s hard to get a great bagel in the South and being from NYC I’m super picky. The Bagel Factory is legit and I thoroughly enjoyed my order. I met Patty the owner and she was super nice. If you are in Myrtle Beach go here for breakfast or lunch. Also get some bagels to go. Your family and friends will be super grateful.

I’ve live in MB for almost 10 years and tried this place out with some co-workers of mine. I ordered the pancakes and eggs and added cheese to them and had a side order of sausage. The eggs were good. The pancakes were okay at best the sausage was over cooked and very dry. The service was fine. Wouldn’t pick this as top spot to go for breakfast.

Came for a week on the beach and this bagel shop was our go to almost daily for breakfast/lunch! So good and great prices and service!!!!

The food was fine, but the sausage barely filled the bagel. I was most put off by the lack of mask wearing by the senior staff. The younger staff were properly wearing their masks, but the older employees were not.

Was really good. Great place and employees are friendly. Place is clean and roomy. Alot of different choices on coffee,bagels, sandwiches. Prices are very reasonable.

This is a simple place and has the traditional choices. We enjoyed our breakfast. But, had a few issues. I was looking to wash my hands... The photos I added will showcase the penmanship of "Need Key!" for the restrooms. Sad stuff. One of the restrooms has a sign, and then, maybe the printer isn't working? Generally locking restrooms can only be helped with some therapy to overcome that insecurity.

There are three digital monitors with a menu 4 pages long. So the screens roll in sequence and only three pages are visible at any one time. They move at a decent pace. So, read quick to be ready when you get to the register.

Wife and I randomly went here because we saw it as we were leaving Myrtle Beach and wanted to give it a try. We both got the lox and we were highly impressed. This place is on our go-to list when we go the Myrtle Beach again.

Closest thing to NY bagels in the south and they have Egg and Egg everything bagels!! I love it. Breakfast is served until close perfect for waking up late on vacation. Everything Ive gotten from there is delicious. I was reading reviews on how the woman at the counter was rude but she reminded me of NY where everyone’s too busy to be super friendly. Weird but it made me feel at home, so deal with it! The foods worth it.

The bagels were pretty good for the price along with the cream cheese but the service on the other hand was far from it. The gentleman who took our order was rude and had a bad attitude the entire time we were there. They yelled constantly and the whole atmostphere was just awful. It was also very rude to be told that they were just out of certain bagels and wouldn't give us an idea of when they would have more since this is a bagel shop. Very unsatisfied over all and ended up at the bagel port for a way better quality of bagels and service. Won't be going back.
