Bagel Factory

What a great surprise! I didn't know what to expect from the outside. The Bagel Factory has the look of a hole in the wall dive, but prepare yourself to be amazed! This was my first visit and I was blown away! I had a breakfast platter and everything was great, but it is the bagels and croissants that are the star the menu! I'll definitely be back on the next visit!

This place is spot on with the bagels, perfect! Their service is friendly, polite, always with a smile, wanting the customer to be happy.
The only down side, which I will not deduct stars for is they are slow. But, due to the service perfection and the quality of food, I'm willing to overlook their speed to get orders out.

Dirty facility and rude staff. We asked for bagels, since its "the bagel factory" only to be told they were out. Understandable, if the case we were standing next to wasn't visibly full of them. The female owner was short with my wife and me. She had one of the nastiest attitudes I've ever experienced at a restaurant and almost seemed to go out of her way to make us feel unwelcome. After we got our food, we could hear her screaming orders the rest of the staff throughout our meal. We won't be back.

Ate here 3 Times on our most recent stay in Myrtle... Was within walking distance of our hotel. Excellent selection, more than just bagels. Everything we had was delicious, and the staff is very friendly. Always busy but fast service.

Clean, friendly! Every time we visit Myrtle beach we come and get a bagel here. Is a must.

My husband I are transplants from Brooklyn NY. We used to have a favorite bagel and coffee shop back home. The Bagel Factory is our new favorite bagel place here in Myrtle Beach. The bagels, coffee, and sandwiches, are delicious and fresh. The owners and staff are so warm and friendly. We've even met new friends here hanging out and chatting over coffee and a great lox, onion & cream cheese bagel. Love it!

My family moved here a couple years ago and I found Bagel Factory online. I continue to visit cause the food is great. However, the service is awful. Out of the many times I have visited, not once have I been greeted with a smile or like my business is appreciated. Most of the time I come in, I walk up and the cashiers are texting or doing something else and don't bother looking up til they're finished. It's kind of sad that now I just expect to be treated poorly when I go in. However, I do like their food. Their service is beginning to become a deal breaker for me. I don't want to spend money somewhere where customers are not appreciated. Please fix this!

Great food, fresh bagels, high quality meats. They deliver too! We always stop here on our trip to Myrtle beach. It's northern paced though, so know what you want to order before you get in line. This isn't the kind of place to lolly-gag around in line.

Best bagels in Myrtle Beach! We can't vacation at Myrtle without eating here! Fresh bagels with lots if choices and a great selection cream cheese spreads. My favorite is an everything with jalapeno cheddar spread. For a new twist on an old classic, try the bagel Benedict. Highly recommend!
