I am so mad at this place. We ordered through DoorDash and the order would never confirm. I called the restaurant and they said their tablet was dead so they hadn’t received it. They told me to cancel the order, but I couldn’t do that because they had never confirmed it. Hours later, they must have turned the tablet back on. They ended up delivering the order to our hotel front desk, without calling us to let it know it would be delivered, and charged the order to the card on file with the hotel!!! So we never received our order, were unable to cancel through DoorDash, and can’t get a refund because they got the hotel to charge the card! All because they couldn’t get their technology working. SCREW YOU Bagel Factory!

Wow, hardly any cream cheese on our bagels yesterday. Disappointed.

Excellent as always. The everything bagels are my favorite but our family also loves the salt, jalapeño cheddar, and cinnamon sugar dipped bagels. The bagel sandwiches are also very tasty (ham, egg, and cheese). Service is always friendly and speedy. Love this place!

Everything was great. French toast, everything bagel , bacon. Fresh and decent portions.

Bagels were good at best. Smaller size than your NY/LI bagels which are the best. Happy there is a bagel shop in the area.

Great selection of fresh bagels warmed up and topped to your order. They have a good selection of breakfast options available to order. The coffee was fresh and tasted really good. It is a shared parking lot with other businesses but we didn't have any problems parking. Easy in and out access to the parking lot.

To start off - I have been eating NY bagels for 50 years. These are not them, something is just off in their process, leading to an almost "stale" consistency. These bagels are more similar to a grocery store bought. Additionally, the flavoring (garlic, poppy seed etc.) are globbed onto the bagel so much that I had to scrap some off. The flavoring is supposed to enhance the bagel not overpower it. Just shows a level of detail lacking in this establishment. I will not be back. Last time I was in town I had bagels at Big Apple Bagels. Try that place and I guarantee you will see the difference in quality.

Went with my brother se east chatted for a wile. Enjoyed the service bagel coffee muffin. Staffing was nice friendly didn't rush us out. Staff was as neat and clean as the inside of the restaurant.
Hughly recommend if wasn't a delicious bagel nice place.
And the prices are tge same a dunkin experience and quality of the food Is better

Hands down BEST bagel on the beach. Finally tried this place out and was more than impressed. I got delivery and they were here in 20 minutes. The french toast was delicious. The everything bagel with garlic and herb cream cheese was to die for. I will be trying out their lunch soon. This place is on point!
