Bagel Factory

I used to love ordering from here. I always order the same thing, but the last 3 times i've ordered...I receive an untoasted bagel with cream cheese. I don't know about you, but I literally can't eat that. No one ever wants an untoasted bagel with cream cheese. It's chewy and very unpleasant.

My first time in Myrtle, was looking for something to eat for breakfast, I walked by a couple places and stopped in this place and Iam happy I did, the lady who took my order was very kind and sweet. I had a bagel with egg whites, spinach and turkey bacon and she even had them add some extra egg whites without asking or charging me, Iam sure she could see the hunger in my face lol. But it wasn’t just that, it was how good my sandwich was, how fast it came out, the service and the hospitality, I wish we had more ppl like this up north!! If your from New York don't go here, couldn't even finish half my bagel had to throw it out.

We walked in, the prices seemed great and I have to say they were until we got our order. Small bagel and I have to wonder if it was actually less than one egg on my bagel. There were many choices for coffee, or so it seemed until I figured out almost none of them were set up to work. The highlight of our visit was listening to right-wing propoganda from the people who worked there. Needless to say I won't be coming back and I will let everyone I know.

Take a look at this pic! Where in the world is the meat? Yeah and if you ask for extra you will pay 75cents for one slice. Absolutely floored! Yall need to put some meat on your sandwhiches and pay attention to what the customer is asking! When i ask for extra meat yall charge me but never do it. I ask for ketchup yall never do it. And how the heck can you put two small pieces of Taylor ham on a sandwhich! Stop being so cheap.

Absolutely amazing food.
They were out of some bagels but they got refilled promptly.
They were busy but we still got our order fast.

Bagels are ok. Ordered a bagel with peanut butter and they handed me a bagel with a side of peanut butter. Poor service.

Always great bagels! Tge area around this can be a little sketchy.

Could've been better. The lady that waited on us wasn't the friendliest, the place needs a good cleaning. The food we got was good I'd give the food 4 stars.
