The best place i would say in Hilton Head for Breakfast . Great food , excellent customer service and great ambience . Bit crowded at times , need some planning from our side , still they manage the crowd well.

Food, service and atmosphere was great! Sam was outstanding in her customer interaction and product. We loved our smoothies.

visited here this morning and we were super excited from the reviews of the coffee!! however, from the minute we walked in, it wasn’t very pleasant. the young girl at the register for the general store where the entrance is placed was not very forthcoming, and we wended up being placed behind 3 sets of parties that were originally behind us. Not a big deal…right? I’m never one to usually complain because of human-error. However, then when placed at our table, it was a different experience. Our server came 15 minutes (which again, i get it) BUT after we were seated (we watched tables of 4 and 8 seated around us be served sooner — we were a table of 2). Again, no big deal…right? (I guess). We order coffee we hear was AMAZING and the salmon Benedict + biscuits and Gravy. I won’t deny the fact that the dishes were fantastic!!! BUT…we never got our coffee. And our server was not the least bit friendly, nor apologetic for not bringing it. After we were finished with our meal—(once she finally came over, our 2nd time seeing her)—-she simply stated, “oh. I forgot to bring it. Do you want your check?”… I’m rarely one to complain, and never one to share an unpleasant experience when it feels like a compete misunderstanding. However, this waitress could not have cared less, which was especially concerning in regards to the fact that we shared we were so excited for the coffee when she initially greeted us. We’re from Philly, and have SO many people we know who have raved about this place!! But, i will never go back when we’ve had SO many better experiences on island, and will continue to wonder if this coffee is really amazing…

Great service, friendly staff and food was good. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is the $2.50 upcharge for coffee in a mug which is not stated on the menu. Outdoor seating available as well as room for large groups if you book ahead.

The place looks semi-formal on the inside with white tablecloths and mostly 4 top seating. A large bar area for customer to come in just for a coffee.

Food is great and service is wonderful. Everyone was so nice! My 4 yr old n i have been visiting hilton head for 4 days n this is the first place we've been to where everyone was so nice. The person taking names at the front tremendous my name and my waiter got everything my son and I needed. Thanks for a great experience

The food was really great, service was attentive.

However, the reason for taking off two stars, the bathrooms were not very clean. I’m talking layered/caked dust, hair, and dirt around the base of the toilets, trash on the floor, dirty sinks. Clearly not cleaned well in some time.

I know things get busy and the rest of the restaurant was nice! Such a shame that the bathrooms were gross enough to impact our impression of the rest of the restaurant.

The breakfast here is different and good. Portion sizes aren’t huge but decent. The atmosphere is definitely not nearly as friendly as the other restaurants that we’ve visited in the are. The friendliness was mediocre. Be cautious when you order especially kids meals, make sure you tell the server you emphasize kids meal. Our server charged us $13 for and adult pancake for a 4 year old. You would think when you order pancakes for a 4 year old (he 💯 knew it was for the kids) it would be common sense that is was for a kid not an adult. Our daughter told him what she wanted so it was obvious it was for a kid. Actually we had 2 kids both who ordered and both were charged for adult pancakes and brought adult pancakes ($27 for the kids food alone). When we asked about it the server was very defensive and said it was an adult pancake. He wouldn’t budge on adjusting the price or admitting his error. We had to speak to the manager who tried to say it was an adult portion- yes it did look like an adult portion but we had never been there before so we had no idea what the portion sizes were. Not to mention, we ordered pancakes for kids so we just assumed the pancakes came in large portions when he brought them out. Our kids ate less than half of them. The manager quickly apologized and adjusted the price, she also coached the server, which was good to see.

Again, food is good but service is not the best on the island. There are other breakfast places on the island that have high google reviews that have impeccable food and service that is just as impeccable.

Delicious breakfast and friendly service! Appreciated the gluten free options.
