There was a bug in my fruit and cream crepe. When I took it back they took the bug off the strawberries and handed it back to me. I said I wanted a different one and the first woman did not understand English to well and was confused about what I was asking. The second woman understand what I was saying but turned around and started talking to another woman and did not help. About 5 minutes of explaining i just want a different one they took the box to the back and put more strawberries on it and whip cream and gave it back. I marked my box before I brought it back and watched them the whole time. This was a waste of $10 dollars. I took the box and threw it away and just left.

What a great place. Owner Andrew was super kind in telling about this establishment. Their coffee is a medium roast Colombian variety and super flavorful. Andrew says he actually travels to Colombia each year to buy direct so the growers earn more by eliminating the middlemen. I also highly recommend the Crazy Bagel. Oh so good!

I was recommended here by a friend of mine and I couldn't be more jealous that I didn't find this gem first. The staff are incredibly kind and they are like a family together. Their coffee, smoothies, and pastries are to die for. I haven't been back to another coffee shop ever since I stepped foot inside Barista Alley. From the atmosphere, staff, furniture, to the paint on the walls, this place feels like home. The brick walls act as a safe haven for conversations and thoughts you have been keeping back from the responsibilities of day to day life. Or it acts as a place to find silence, to not have to think, just to simply be. I am proud to give my business to such a beautiful place I can call safe, a second home, and to find peace.

Returning New Customer.Cashier entered the wrong order. I am still learning the menu. We both contributed to the wrong order. The tables and chairs were dirty. The young lady seemed bothered that I asked for a clean table, she did not clean the chairs.
( PLEASE REMIND EMPLOYEES THIS IS COVID ERA AND THE RESTAURANT DO ALLOW DOGS IN THE ESTABLISHMENT, THEREFORE TAKE A MINUTE AND CLEAN TABLES AND CHAIRS FOR CUSTOMERS) The corrective order arrive after 45 minutes, my kids have finished their meal. The brown hair guy does a rude, subtle slide with my plate as it landed on the table. (Unnecessarily aggressive)then proceeds to tell me (~2:15pm , don’t know if this was true information or not) they no longer have pico de gallo to make the crepeadilla that I ordered. My kids enjoyed their meal, but they were disappointed to watch me be so rudely treated in that moment by that belligerent man. I sent back the chicken and cheese crepe and asked for a refund, which another waitress was happy to do for me.
I will not return.

We really enjoyed this place. A fun venue! It was a little loud when we went but besides that it was wonderful. The food, service, and coffee were great.

Barista Alley is my favorite spot to chill, drink coffee, and eat crepes. Their crepes are the best I've ever had anywhere... and I've eating at several crepe establishments in my time let me tell ya. 🙃
The atmosphere is calming with great music. The decor is awesome.
Love it here!

Great coffee shop in low-key Greer. Plenty of comfortable seating options. Good music selection. The staff were friendly and informative. The coffee was very good and prepared with a high level of care.
This seems like a well-thought our place that will continue to get even better. I only had coffee and a cookie, but they also serve crepes.

Absolutely amazing. I got the Snickerdoodle latte, quiche, and an almond croissant and enjoyed all of it. Gorgeous location, good service, amazing taste. Would recommend.

The quality of the product is rivaled only by the service! If you are anywhere near this great little coffee/smoothie bar, stop in. We had their special Valentine cappuccino and a green smoothie. They both were excellent!

Love Barista Alley. There coffee and crepes are one of the best. So perfectly located too. Not quite big enough to fit all the patrons but worth the wait.
