I am downgrading my prior 5 star review to a 2 star due to our awful experience today. I would have actually downgraded to a 1star had I not sought out the manager, who at least seemed to understand why I would be frustrated with the fact that my four year old still didn't have any food 20 minutes after mine was delivered to the table, in spite of me getting up from the table and asking 3 different staff members for my child's 1 egg scrambled with cheese. The lack of care and concern for customer service from each staff member is astounding; They didn't even attempt to remedy the situation. Instead, shrugging and saying 'I'm sorry' in a manner that conveyed anything but sorrow. Then, that same employee looked at another, who then shook her head and laughed at my frustration that my child didn't have any food. When the manager finally brought her egg, it was sunny side up with course cracked pepper sprinkled over the top, as opposed to the scrambled with cheese that was requested. She's 4. When we tried to gently scrape the pepper off, the yolk popped. She was so hungry that she ate the egg, gulping her milk between each bite because the pepper was too hot for her little mouth. I almost forgot to include the fact that my husbands food had to be returned as well, and I was advised that it would take 35 minutes to re-make it. The manager gave me a $20 gift card for our trouble as we did not have 35 more minutes to wait. The gift card is appreciated, however, I doubt we'll ever return to use it. After we left, we realized that we also never received the cookie that we ordered. We try to frequent local small businesses to benefit the local economy, but this one definitely needs to retrain their staff to be empathetic when food that's been paid for is not ready in a timely manner and to enable them to act to remedy the situation.

My husband and I LOVE going out for coffee breakfast dates whenever we can! We like to go places that have coffee and tea and latte options that also offer breakfast sandwiches and such. The service and atmosphere here were amazing and what we got was delicious BUT, as a hypoglycemic I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t any sugar free flavoring at all (not even vanilla) just stevia as the option. My husband and I also typically like to get 16oz as we go on walks after and it’s nice to have something to sip on, but they only offer 12oz. Their food was delicious though and they have lots of vegetarian options which was so nice!

I really want to like this place but the staff is hit or miss with their attitude and the last few times we have came we have had to wait nearly an hour for crepes, which is way crazy. Also the last two times my coffee order was forgotten about completely. They said it wasn’t but how else did the two people who ordered after me get their coffees first? Maybe also we have a stroller and the new location is not stroller friendly at all it’s so crammed and there’s only 3 tables on the bottle level that are usually taken up by people waiting for their drinks. Y’all have good stuff you just really need a better system and make room somewhere for more wheel chair and stroller accessible tables, or have a designated place for people with to-go order to wait so dine in people who can’t access up stairs can have a place to sit.

Stopped by this amazing place and had the most divine cappuccino & the most tasty crepes. The old faithful Crepe the owner told me was his dad’s favorite. And a favorite of mine as well now. It’s a burst of lemon citrus goodness . You will absolutely love. Highly recommend. Service and atmosphere very inviting and friendly. The owner Andrew was there and just a delight. Thank you so much .

Wonderful place to grab coffee and something sweet or savory to go with it. Lots of charm and energy! Wonderful staff. One con was the dirty floors upstairs. My son was with me, and he dropped his toy, and when I went to pick it up, I was disgusted. Especially all the dirt by the windows. Other than that, I will be returning :)

This place is epic! Yes for delicious coffee! Yes for plenty of space! Yes for family friendly! I cannot help but returning time and time again.

Nice smooth latté. Been coming here for a while and always enjoy my time. Employees aren't super bubbly-happy, and I actually prefer that sometimes. I'm served with a quiet smile, and I always get a nice warm cup of coffee while I study. Store can be crowded on weekends, but that's normal.

$10 Dragonfruit, orange & banana smoothie a big disappointment. Has no flavor other than tasteless dragon fruit and under ripe banana. Nothing creamy about it and zero sweetness. Employees working did not seem interested in trying to remake it better and make a satisfied customer.

Wish I lived closer to Greer! Would go much more often ☺️

Awesome small downtown vintage feel, with great drinks and unique space! Check it out if you've never been.

Triple threat of great atmosphere, good coffee, and good service

Amazing crepes!! If you are going the Nutella with strawberries. All of their coffee is amazing and their beans are always so good. London fog is my personal favorite! Love coming here with the girls
