Chestnut Coffee House + Market

Solid third wave-ish coffee in a suburban setting. I only went once but I was very impressed by the barista’s frothing abilities. A very good coffee.

As a employee here at chestnut, I can put to rest the rumors floating around. We as baristas are all treated extremely generously and fairly. The owners are the farthest from greedy. I’ve never felt more valued at a job than I have here.

Such a great coffee shop! The guests clearly enjoy their visits, and I know all of the baristas love their jobs! By far favorite shop in Greenville.

Great place but on the parking lot side they have three identical doors. There should be some visual indication that one is locked, one is for the market, and one is for the coffee shop.

Amazing location and atmosphere !! The staff is so sweet and serve quality drinks. I pass many coffee shops on the way here but it’s worth the drive !

Spectacular coffee! Takes some time, but it was the best latte! Rich coffee flavor and no bitterness at all.

Super curious if it is true that the owners keep the tips. As someone who enjoys tipping generously to help those who are serving, this doesn't seem right, and if this is true, I'll stop leaving tips here.
